Everything! Rooms were more the size of suites. Super spacious and comfortable. Communication was clear and easy. The team at Peruzzi were very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Lovely breakfast selection. Really felt like a home away from home. Location is fantastic a close and convenient to everything.

Central location to main city florence. Easy to pop in and out without having to go very far. All the staff were very friendly especially Mia. The pastries/tarts at breakfast were fresh and tasty. We stayed in the ‘Sofia’ suite which was very spacious with a nice king bed.

The location, the beauty of the hotel, the staff, the wonderful breakfasts and wine tastings! Katiana is so sweet and made more eggs especially for us and showed us how to use the coffee machine. She is so attentive to the guests snd so kind. Maia went out of her way to provide me with her wonderful company and serve me a wine tasting. And she left us breakfsst for our early departure. Everyone was just great. I loved this place snd hope to return!

We had a great stay at Peruzzi Urban Residences. The Staff is super friendly and helpful. Roberta greeted us with many tips about Florence and was a great person to have there. The wonderful Katia made the breakfast room shine with her warm and friendly personality. It was a pleasure to be at Peruzzi. And our suite was spacious and beautiful. We would come back any time.

The space truly felt like home away from home. The room was spacious by Florence standards. It had a communal dining & lounge with all essentials which gave it a very homey feel. The host was very helpful with arranging taxi and also packing us an early breakfast which was very sweet of them. Also, we were celebrating our anniversary & they gave us a bottle of wine from their own vineyard. Everything was very close by…

A bit noisy on the street in the night as passages are quite narrow, so you listen some people on party. The huge bathroom had a double shower that really got me interested but when we went to use it there was not enough water power to our disappointment. Not even one shower had enough jet stream. That was a put off for the standard of the place.

A very friendly Renaissance building carefully restored, to modern standards, quite a lovely modern shared kitchen to eat and have breakfast. Your really feel like a special guest. There is free wine tasting from the owner's vineyards that was really a nice detail.

Bathroom was a little small & some shower tiles were chipped. Nothing out of the ordinary for a place with so much amazing history!

Wonderful location and front desk + kitchen staff were amazing! Apartment is nicely furnished and well-renovated (impressive for how old the building’s history is!). This place certainly has character while also having the comfort of clean modern living — a very awesome space to stay in for our time exploring Florence. Breakfasts were delicious. Common spaces were open 24/7, so we often swung by to pick up complimentary snacks (delicious fruit, pastries left over from breakfast) throughout the day. Staff also let us sample some of the Peruzzi family’s wines — delicious!

The location and apartment were perfect for us. Roberta was wonderful to talk with and spend time in the evening to ask questions and have a glass of wine. Breakfast was perfect. The nearby restaurants were exactly the type we love. it is also very quiet which was nice.

Unfortunately we have to be honest and say that the beds and pillows were far too hard - which made for a poor night’s sleep…. If you could sort that out - you’d have five stars all the way!!

Marvellous staff!! Very caring and genuine!! Breakfast was superb - with bespoke scrambled eggs!! And fresh blood orange juice!! Marvellous huge room (Sofia)… and with our kids in Edwardo - it was just perfect!!

We really appreciated the effort Roberta goes to ensuring a superb stay, thank you especially for the time to assist my daughters speaking Italian. Everything was exceptional. The only minor thing: maybe put up a mosquito net in the rooms since we even had them inside the room in January, as soon as we opened the window.

The staff is exceptional! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! We absolutely felt like home and Roberta is amazing and gave us so much information about the city’s history, wines, restaurants, everything…She is a real gem! Also, as many said before, the photos don’t do it enough justice, the property is extremely beautiful, historic and elegant. Breakfast is fresh with traditional Tuscan food (salami, prosciutto, cheese, olive oil etc.), cakes, fruits etc., rooms are clean and everything is within walking distance (the train station having the highest distance with about 20mins of walking). You can also do wine tastings at the property since it belongs to a family owning a Tuscan wine estate (Malenchini) or you can book a trip to the estate.

I have had an absolutely fantastic time in Peruzzi Urban Residences, a lifetime experience I would say. It was like living the Florentian fairy tale. Luxurious look and feel, comfort and very high level service, attention to the detail. Breakfast was so good and variable, that I did not get tired in 5 days. Local quality meat and cheese, freshly squeezed orange juice, Nespresso coffee, natural honey, fruits, integral bread. Very confortable bed, Netflix for falling asleep, local toiletries, privacy and peace. The location is unbeatable, close to the city highlights, but nicely hidden from noise and crowds. Maids very profesional and friendly. However, the true diamond on the experience crown was a concierge Roberta - without her the place would not be the same. Cult, classy, atentive and warm person, great advice on where to eat and what to see, but especially great wine bar experience upon arrival. The house wines are spectacular and is a superb addition to the overall experience. I really enjoyed staying at Peruzzi Urban Residences, the concept, the services, all of it - was the best stay of my life!

Bathroom was small

Everything! Would recommend to anyone. Apartment was a great size, bathroom was very cramped but apart from that everything else was roomy. We stayed in Dec & they put a Xmas tree in our living space which was a nice touch. Kitchen was equipped with more than enough items, cups, glasses, plates, pans etc so great for a family if you need to prepare any food on site like we did. Roberta was exceptional, so friendly & helpful, I don't think we've ever been looked after so well on a holiday. The location is great, right in the centre. It isn't noisy at all apart from hearing the cathedral bell ring on the hour.

Since it was our first time staying here, I did not expect much from this property, but I have to say that the pictures don't do justice to the place or the vibe within. It's one big apartment with different suites inside, and it definitely gives you the same vibe of being a guest in someone's beautiful home. The staff is so nice, that it's easy to forget that you are in a hotel. The living room and the kitchen are the best place to spend an afternoon or an evening with your coffee. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully well-kept. We were supposed to check-out quite early, and we had informed the staff about this. We later came to know, that Chiara (in charge of breakfast), had woken up early to prepare and get the breakfast ready by 6:45 am. That is not something I have ever seen in any hotel. We could not stay for the breakfast, but we are greatly thankful to every staff member, who made the experience feel like home.

This property was amazing. Situated in the middle of all the attractions. Our room was huge with a beautiful bathroom. We were right next to the kitchen which was very clean and you could use the facilities at any time including free coffee and tea all day and free fruit and croissants left over from breakfast. The breakfast was laid out in the kitchen each morning and plentiful. Marco was super friendly and professional and could not be more helpful with advice and suggestions. I would definitely recommend this property without a doubt excellent value for money.
