Roof top bar was compact and a lovely area but the drinks were so expensive. a glass of fizz/cava was 19 euros ... our stay was in March so coats (and sunglasses) were needed but would have used the facility...it seemed silly pricing when there were so many other nice bars nearby.

The location was everything so close to the Spanish steps, restaurants and shopping. Modern styled hotel with a really lovely vibe and was sensibly priced. The staff couldn't be more helpful - would definitely stay here again!

Nothing! Only the fact that we had to leave!

We loved with Palazzo Nainer! The location was excellent, close to all the hot spots of Rome! The rooms were amazing! Stylish, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was so nice and the people who served us in the breakfast were excellent! All the staff were so polite and willing to help, whatever we needed.

Everything was perfect!

Great hotel, perfectly located in “centro storico”, walking distance to all famous landmarks (Piazza di Spagnia, Fontana di Trevi, Colosseum, Forum romanum, Vatican …). Nice and clean rooms, a beautiful roof-bar overlooking “Piazza del popolo” and extremely service-minded staff! You will be amazed by the breakfast buffet and, above all, by Madeleine (the friendliest staff-member we have ever met!) who will take care of you every morning, serving you the best cappuccino always with a smile on the face!

No complaints at all

Our jet-lagged group was warmly welcomed before the standard check in time with a room upgrade and delicious chocolate croissants. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, assisting us with local transportation and directions to sights of interest. Madeline was wonderful at breakfast, providing much needed cappuccinos for the adults and delighting our children with extra Nutella and hot chocolate. The location of the hotel cannot be beat with everything we wanted within waling distance or a short metro ride away.

Everything. Location, staff, rooms, elegance, location...etc. Madeleine from the breakfast area was extremely hospitable with a lovely warm welcoming smile. The receptionist was very helpful and catered to all our requests. Lovely hotel indeed.

after long thinking: nothing. It was excellent.

The breakfast was excellent. Madaleine did all what she could tot give us the perfect stay. No matter what effort! It was Great. Also the location was super, next to the twin churches and the Piazza del popolo. The staff was very. very friendly. Also we visited the rooftop. The views were astonishing. We had a wonderful stay here, and sure we come back!

The personal was so nice and especially Pamela and Mohammed. Pamela was preparing for us such delicious hot milk and hot chocolate. Pamela and Mohamed were so kind. The rooms were clean . That was a lot of choices for the breakfast.
