Gorgeous hotel, perfectly located so that you are in a peaceful environment and only a few minutes walk from the sea, duomo and centre of town. Staff were very attentive and helpful. As a bonus - the restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic. We would definitely recommend booking a table for the tasting menu.

There was a small problem with parking the car, but we knew that in advance The hotel has serious acoustic problems, sounds came from the atrium and also from the neighboring room.

The location of the hotel was fantastic .. the staff very accommodating and attentive... the room and hotel were beautiful. I wasn't expecting to love Siracusa as much as we did ... what a glorious city!

The listing clearly states rooms are soundproof. However, we could often hear people next door and outside in the main hall. I suppose they could hear us as well.

Wonderful location and building, the room was also very wonderful. The staff was always willing to help and very very friendly. Nice complimentary goods.

The hotel has been beautifully created in an old palazzo and is modern and stylish with high quality fixtures and fittings. The room was immaculate with an excellent shower and luxurious bedding. The restaurant was out of our price range but is Michelin rated and has an adventurous menu. Staff are professional and helpful.

The phone was out in our room. I told one of the staff members but nothing came from it. We only stayed for a night so it's not a big deal but if we had wanted to contact the front desk for any reason we had no way of doing so.

The room was gorgeous, staff was wonderful. the location was fantastic for walking around at night. Everything had a luxury feel and you can tell the staff paid attention to detail. Fantastic stay!

Apartment was comfortable and clean. The location is excellent to walk and visit the old town. It is far from any possible parking if you are using a car. Be prepared to walk.

We had a minor glitch with the shower in the morning, but this was fixed right away.

I loved the way this beautiful old property was renovated to a very modern standard. Very much my taste. Breakfast was not included but I was glad we paid extra as it was delicious. It was a last minute booking and if I’d planned ahead, I’d have also made a dinner reservation for the Cortile restaurant, as the food looked exquisite!

The rooms are not well sound proofed and you can hear people in the room next to you and also from the restaurant downstairs. It is quite bad to the extent that you can hear the music and talking from the restaurant when in the first floor. We got used to it after a night or two but it was not ideal

Great location and sleekly designed! Literally a stones throw from all of Ortigia, we walked everywhere and loved being nestled in the windy streets.

I did not really like all the digital settings and buttons. I could not manage to turn off the AC. Plus, it was mentioned on the hotel/room description that there was a parking, but in fact there is not any except the main one, super busy at the entrance at the Ortygia island.

We have very much enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi, the location of the hotel, and the interior design. (A big + to the sauna function of the shower too!!)
