- in may not a problem, but in summer an AC for us is a MUST (especially in Italian summer nights) - bathroom should get automatic vent, currently only manual which always adds a bit of humidity - walls/doors are rather thin and at night you hear cars outside; earplugs fixed it for us

- optimal location in lido with bus station about 3 mins away to take you to the ferries and great lungomare walk super close to the apartment - furnished in a particular style though materials are mostly cheap, still felt super comfy - room was made every day, nice house and green around, very nice staff

The mattresses had seen better days. Soft and deformed towards the center so that no matter what, you end up rolling to the gap where the 2 single mattresses meet.

Beautiful little house in residential area close to ferry transport to Venice. The host was very kind, laid back and super flexible. Great for taking it slow.

The only thing was , you could hear others in the other rooms as the rooms where close by eachother but it was tolerable not a big concern

Ver nice, little room with a bathroom. Perfect for one or to nights to visit Venice. It’s 4 bus Stations to the ferry, there are three different bus lines, so no long waiting times. Christina was very nice and the room and bath was clean. You don’t have much space in the room, but we only used it for sleeping, so it was perfect.

What I don't like was that in one day the heating was not worked and we stay in cold for one night. I text to property and I have mixted feelings that is possible to know about the issue or that maybe forget to put the heating on. I don't know the issue but seems that the property was surprised or put this atitude. What was good was the next day they solve this. Another minus is the bathroom and the towels which are not looking so good. In general, everything was acceptable, even if there the room can be improved.

I was like that is in a nice zone and is close to public transport. The location is nice.

My room that I was in is not I was in the smallest room with the single bed. It looks different from the one and only published photo that was probably taken in it.

tutto posto. it was sufficient and like described. I had a foldable bike with me that I parked at the navette stop, but you can also use the bus to the navettes.

Could hear everything going on in the upstairs bathroom from my bathroom/room.

The rooms were nice and well decorated there was a fridge a coffee machine and a cooling fan to keep me from overheating. Lido is also very beautiful.

No moskito nets in the windows as windows had to be opened at all times due lack of air-conditioning, this little upgrade with window moskito mesh would be very helpful for all sorts of flying guests we had :)

Thé street Is noisy, thé accomodation Is rigt in the Middle of thé stops of bus. So Is Better to count with this. IT was little hard to communicate check in And check out, in this čase - there Is no reception- would be Better some šelf check in boxes. 🙂

We needed to wait for 20-30 min for check in,(to get somebody to come). The rooms where not ready yet eventhough we arrived within official check in hours . The rooms were not sound isolated, we heard everything from another room.
