- rooms very old, the place could definetly use renovation. - there is a smell in the bathroom of old and moldy. - very old noisy doors that were used all night by the others in the house. - You could hear all the noise from outside.

The location was very good. Plenty restaurants nearby. 15 min walk to the train station.

The room could be more professionally renovated. Some amendments were done poorly. I stayed only 1 night so it did not bother me that much.

I really appreciate the coffee/tea corner. Room was clean and the room was quiet. Bathroom was small but clean and it was equipped in all necessities.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable and maybe they should change the doors or the locks, the keys get stuck and the doors are toooooo noisy when opening/closing, even with earplugs i woke up every time somebody opened a door.

Well located and clean, it provided everything you may need. The room was big and had a nice view. It has self check in and check out and they provide coffee and tea.

Very nice location near the river, 15 min walk from Tower of Pisa. You can also walk to the train station. Very clean and comfortable room with everything needed for the guest confort. Water and a juice in the room is a nice gesture and also the tea and coffee at the entrance are very convenient. Very easy to check in. I would recommend it for sure!

My room is near the main entrance and there's also a coffee area. You can hear noise most of the time. But over all it was a nice stay.

Everything was just perfect. The flat is very clean and nice. The location is perfect. We got towels. In bath there are shampoo, soap, hairdryer… There are coffee and tea machine.

Not the easiest to find, room doors were loud so would wake us up when other hotel users were coming back from being out late. Also ours was really loud when opening and closing the room door so conscious of that as well left early morning and was worried was waking other people up. Lift to get access room on 7th floor was also really tiny so anyone that doesn’t like lifts should be away of that

I don't recommend it if you want to store your luggage while you travel in the day of your departure. The storage place is of the hall of the flat and even though there are security cameras I didn't feel safe to let it there.

The room was exactly what I needed and the bed was even bigger than I expected, the room was very warm, the bathroom was shared but was very clean and also we had free coffee and tea which was very nice.

There are only plastic cups available for tea and coffee. It would be more comfortable (and environmental friendly) to have some real cups (the plastic ones are too tiny and one cannot be sure whether hot drink will not damage them or release something harmful). Having some plates or cutlery would be very nice, too.

The location is perfect, my room had a nice view over the city. Everything is clean and nice. The check-in is a self service which is quite OK (at least you don't have to be nervous somebody is waiting for you if your plane is late). The free coffee and tea are a very nice touch.

The bathroom, although very clean and equipped with all the necessary consumables, may be a bit of a challenge for tall or big people. Noise of entrance door and laughter of happy tourists relatively late in the night was a bit of a discomfort.

The location is great, easy to access and meters away from the main bridge and the pedestrian areas of Pisa. The room is small, but very clean and warm, and the balcony is a bonus. The complementary coffee was also welcome. I felt safe and warm there.

- I think that this place has problem with its presentation since I had issue with view room, which i booked and /as many guests before me - based on reviews/ I came and got room with no view. In my case, I arrived extremely tired and upset and made scene by calling the guests, for which i was ashamed afterwards..., but thanks which one of the guests immediatelly arrived and changed me the room, so I got room with fantastic view of the historical town and enjoyed it every day - no proper sound isolation between the rooms and bathroom/loud main doors

The tiny little lift cd be an issue for some - my friend wd not get in it One bathroom for several rooms cd be an issue - a separate toilet would be good if someone is showering - but didn't effect me at all
