The staff was excellent: friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our three private doubles with baths were nicer than some hotels: beautiful hallways, marble floors. Great location to sightsee from and excellent accommodations for wheelchair.

Loved the vibe and the staff. Great drinks, location is excellent and full of events. Seemed to be a hotspot for locals too since they have two main outdoor areas terrace + rooftop.

a lot of young and nice people there. the people working at bello‘s really try to create an atmosphere where you spend time together with the other guests and do activities together which is very cool if you‘re alone and want to connect with others! special thanks to Alan which is the nicest bar tender I ever encountered. he is super sweet, makes amazing cocktails and also helps you if you need anything. the whole people working at bello‘s are amazing! so friendly and always making sure you‘re feeling good and have the best time. thank you a lot for making this first experience for me in a hostel unforgettable!

The Toilet was kind far from my room, girls toilet, but okay.

It was the best Hostel that I have ever booked before, for sure, amazing staff, breakfast and coffee during all day. A free shot to welcome, friendly bar tenders, events every night pretty easy to meet a new people, I really enjoyed my stay there and recommend!

honestly, my stay there was a 10/10.

the staff was amazing. Everyone was always super nice and attentive. Met and was able to socialize with a lot of people thanks to their activities. The Fernet con coca cola the bartenders prepared for my stubborn argentine self was really good :) They also offer free pasta!

The double room was sufficient but a bit on the smaller side.

The 3rd-floor area with free coffee and social events in the evening was great. The staff is really nice and the community kitchen helped up cook and save on meals outside. They also allow late check out, with luggage holdage.

The bed on the private room could have been a little bit better. The mattress is kind of old and my back has suffered a little, but the room is very comfortable overall and that doesn't take too much from the great experience I had there.

The location is excellent, right next to the metro and Via Toledo. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. For those who like to meet new people there's always something in the bar at night. You can also enjoy a nice view on the top of the building and go there to get some moments alone, if you like. The facilities are clean and there is also a washing machine for those who need it.

Bathrooms are collective and showers don't have much space (you have to leave your clothes outside so they don't get wet). Very noisy at night, but you can ask for earplugs at reception.

Good events calendar that helps the guests to meet each other. The bar area is super nice as well. Free fruits, coffee and tea all day (sometimes also free croissants). Staff is always ready to help! Location is perfect, just 2 blocks from Via Toledo and the metro.
