Clean room; tea, coffee, water, croissants are included. Very kind owner. Parking space is always available. This apartments near the beach, but you should have a car to go to the city center.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Perfect and safe location close to the beach (5 min walk). Free parking right next to the building. Highlight was big terrace with sea view. Definitely recommend for either group of friends as well as families.

Very good location. Alghero city centre is ~25 minutes by foot. View from very big terace is wonderful. Clean and very comfortable apartment. There was everything that we needed for our holidays. Also we got few gifts from owner (local products). It was very pleasure. Beach is few minutes by foot. Just one word - fantastic.

Perfect apartment, they really care for the details. You can have everything you need, fridge, hair dresser, good hands soap and shampoo . Even you've got for free little snacks, water coffe and tea. It has a big balcony too, with beautiful views to sea and the country side. Everything was perfect, thank you!!

The apartment was spacious, clean with a beautiful sea view. The location is quiet. It is really close to the sea. The owner is very helpful. Communication was fast, efficient. She gave us all the information and approaches before our arrival. And everything was very comfortable. It is possible to park directly at the apartment. The price corresponds to the service. (We even got a larger apartment with a sea view. Although we originally booked another one.) I can definitely recommend.

The large bed was 2 singles pushed together so that was uncomfortable for co-sleeping.

Glasses to wine will be good idea. The sofa-bed was uncomfortable.

The views from the balcony were great and the location was ideal for sunbathing and swimming. The beach was very close to the apartment.

Host quite slow to communicate the instructions for the check in (just the day before and after being requested), mop missing (it'd be useful to have it), toilet paper missing upon arrival (there were outside lockers but we weren't aware we would have found missing items there).

Location is around 250 meters from Maria Pia Beach (clean water, sandy Beach) ; several restaurants close by (1km radius), bus stop to the center at 300 meters (reachable in 10min.bus ride), bus stop to the airport (1euro ride - 15 minutes) at 200 meters. Electric scooters (e.g bird) scattered around. Supermarket at 15 minutes walk away. Building is rather new (2017 built) withe elevator, apartment was impeccable, contactless check in and out and contacts with the host (responsive, during the stay) via whatsapp. Electronic lock, dishware available, kettle.

Our apartment was comfortable, with big terrace. Simple check in and check out. There is a beautiful view.

The apartment was located in a quite area close to the beautiful Maria Pia beach, accessible within a few minutes of walk, as well as very close to the airport. As we have small children, we appreciated the quietness of the location. We communicated with Grazia through whatsapp before our arrival and agreed on the check in necessities. The owner is a wonderful and helpful host - all we needed was explained or helped with. It is recommended to rent a car or bikes though, as we experienced buses are not running according to the timetable :) Other option of transport is a Dott e-scooter in Alghero area.

Clean and nicely decorated apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom towels, cosmetics, hair dryer. Beach umbrellas are also available. A great convenience for families with children is the elevator. The building is located close to Maria Pia beach (about 5 minutes on foot). There is also a bus stop to the center nearby (although the bus never arrived on time 😉). Overall we highly recommend.
