The location is absolutely perfect . It is character building Situated in a quiet courtyard. There is bar/restaurant/ bespoke cinema located in courtyard . This did not cause any disturbances and was a great bonus for food and drink and being able to relax . Yari and his staff were terrific and Yari allowed us to store our luggage for ten days while walked the the Magna Bia Francigena . I also have to say how good Yari was when I managed to lick us out of the apartment . He was around in minutes to sort us out 👍👍👍

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room had everything you needed, was a good size and well presented. The property was really well located to explore Palermo. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. It was a little noisy at night, but you can expect that when located so centrally. Would definitely stay again.

We rented a room with spa bath, and had a little problem with the bath. But the staff was kind and arranged quickly us new room.

The room and staff was nice. The entrance to the building is from nice historical courtyard, that was authentical.

The location is perfect! It’s near Teatro Massimo and other beautiful sights. The service is high, they answered all my questions and let me check-in a little bit earlier. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Also they offer a bottle of water and coffee from coffe machine in the room. I recommend this place especially if you’re without a car.

Size of the room and the bed wasn’t the comfiest

Location location location. The size of the room was small, but as expected for the great location. The staff were all amazing and helped us out more than we expected and can’t be over-stated

Fantastic location in the historic district. A couple blocks to Fontana Pretoria (Fountain of Shame) & Quattro Canti (Four Corners). Walking distance to many sights and open air markets. It's on a street with limited cars, so it's very easy to walk along Via Maqueda. Lots of restaurants along this street and the area comes alive with outdoor dining at night. The room was large and the bathroom huge by Italian standards. The shower was a large walk-in. The place is only a year old, so the fixtures were in great condition.

Unfortunately some of the area isn't the greatest, but that's Palermo.

The room was modern and clean in an extremely old building. Its behind a non-descript door and you wouldn't imagine that you would find a modern suite there. Its not far from the 4 corners of Palermo, on the fringe of the University. If you drive, you will have to park at the train station as its the closest security lot. Its a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Good communication.

The walk-up to the suites can be a bit of a challenge with bags and all, but Giovanni was always there to take care of this for us.

Beautiful renovated room in an 18th century building with hot tub, view and only a 2 minute walk to the 4 corners. The family that ran the hotel did everything to make you feel at home. You get to stay 2 minutes from the hart of Palermo without having to deal with the noise and traffic.

Our AC unit was flashing while we were asleep which wasn’t ideal. Arriving and walking through Palermo at night with suitcases felt somewhat unsafe, but that is no fault of the hotel.

Great modern room with large walk in shower and jacuzzi bath. Located quite centrally, and Mario was very helpful throughout our stay, even when our flight was delayed.

there is nothing I did not like. everything was perfect. whoever thinks of staying in Palermo, should go here.

this place is amazing. i would totally recommend. from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with good service. throughout our stay we met their driver Giovanni I think his name was. he was so friendly and showed us every place to visit and took us to the best beaches and cefalu. if you think of coming here, you definitely should.

Location was fantastic, right in the centre of Palermo! The room is simply stunning, I have never stayed in a place with such wow factor!! It was the last night of our honeymoon so they gave us two bottles of Prosecco! The double shower was amazing, round bed and mirrored ceiling, I felt like a superstar in a movie! The staff were so friendly and made us feel at home and nothing was too much to ask. Directions on how to get to places, tips on the best places to eat and friendly and easy conversation despite any language barrier. The owner also personally took us to the airport at 7am and told us about all the sights we were seeing along the way, our own personal guided tour! A definite little slice of paradise! We would definitely stay here again! Thankyou so much for making the last night of our honeymoon totally unforgettable!!
