Fabulous hotel.. the spa has all you need for relaxation including jet spa, Turkish sauna, steam room and tropical showers. The breakfast was very good. Great selection of hot and cold food. Quiet hotel. Front desk staff are helpful and professional. The gym is compact and allows for a full workout.. Really delighted we chose such a fabulous hotel for our holiday to Naples.

Our only complaint was that the staff did not advise us in advance that there would be a €35 pp charge to use the spa. My wife spent over €100 on treatments and we were both encouraged to make full use of the spa on the day of our check out but the first mention of the charge for using the spa was after we had availed ourselves of the facility. I think at the very least, my wife should have bee. Given complimentary access after having her treatments.

We had a fantastic stay here for the start of our honeymoon. The staff made a lovely effort for us and were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful- a good selection and nice a fresh! The hotel is decorated to a high standard and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again!

Booked a room with two beds, this was given away and an ‘upgrade’ with an extremely small sofa bed was the alternative given - really frustrating for a five star and uncomfortable as two tall adults. We simply couldn’t use it. Air conditioning- it was too early in the season for and fan didn’t work despite flagging once to reception and being noted to be fixed - was told to open the window, but window was above large dumpsters which smelled & were emptied at 5am loudly. Room constantly warm.

The Napoli Palace is a very nice hotel, designed in a contemporary modern style. My room was a bit on the small side, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. All of the staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. I had dinner in the dining room where there was a restricted menu on a quiet Tuesday evening, but the server said that the chef would cook whatever I might want outside the menu, within reason. I chose from the restricted menu, and it was very good. The breakfast was adequate. I was very happy with the price which I paid.
