This was a wonderful place to stay. The property was well presented and very clean. The location was really peaceful and just a short walk to town. There was easy car parking on the street outside. Roberto was a friendly and welcoming host. He provided great tips and suggestions for visiting the town, which helped get the most out of our short visit.

It would be nice to have an air accommodation in the common kitchen (it was in the room).

We had problems with the car which was the reason for a two-hour delay in arriving at the accommodation. We were in contacts with the owners by phone and they patiently waited for us and welcomed us when we arrived.

The room itself is a bit dark (located downstairs) and unfortunately it is not very soundproof as you can clearly hear noise from other rooms at late hours, which made it a bit difficult to sleep on some nights. Would have been nice to have had an option for more frequent cleaning of the room and changing of bedsheets.

Excellent location. The GuestHouse's decorations were very modern and nice in the communal kitchen and the room itself. Air condition was also excellent. The staff was very welcoming and gave good tips about locations to visit (nearby towns, restaurants etc). Also free parking on the street was a big plus :)

The host who was greeting us was very nice, and he recommended places to visit. The apartment is very spacious and nice. Also, you can park in front of the apartment, which was important for us because we had a car rental.

Wonderful modern apartment which was extremely clean and comfortable and had all the accessories one required. The owners were amazing with their hospitallity and provided a map and brochures on things to see and do in the area, as well as gave restaurant, cafe and supermarket suggestions. Parking was free and readily available in a quiet street adjacent to the accommodation. There is also a communal room for guests, which included a washing machine and for a fee of 10 euros, a visitor could have exclusive use of this facility. We found the location perfect, as it is in a quiet area of Leuca (away from the general hustle and bustle of both traffic and people) and around an easy 10-minute walk to the main town area, where there are many restaurants, cafes, as well as a couple of supermarkets, whilst the closest beach is only one street back from the actual accommodation. .

Spacious, clean and quiet. Free street parking readily available and walking distance to the town. We appreciated the use of a washing machine for a small fee. The hosts recommendations for restaurants and boat excursions were greatly appreciated.

Roberto and Giulia are just amasing hosts. I had two technical issues and Roberto helped me to solve them: one by himself and for another one he found a repair shop we they had the tools needed, called them and then took me there with his car. Roberto, many thanks once again, I really appreciate your kind help very much! Giulia baked a cake for all the guests, a very nice surprise in the early morning.

Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea. Set is a very safe mini neighborhood one block off the main drag. Hosts were lovely, available if needed.

Roberto and Giulia were so helpful and welcoming hosts. They answered to my inquieries before arriving and brought me from the bus stop with car. On arrival, I got a map and a lot of useful information about Santa Maria di Leuca. The room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable and had a nice balcony. The B&B is perfectly located near the centre. A wonderful place to stay in Leuca!

Good location in Leuce from where you can explore the small town or have easy access by car to very nice beachs (Pescoluse was the favourite). You can also park the car for free next to the property which is great.

The room was spacious and very nicely decorated, bathroom and shared kitchen were also well equipped and clean. communication with Roberto has been excellent. We had a private Terasse where we had our breakfast which was tasty with local products.
