Can’t think of one thing that needs improvement!

They served a wonderful breakfast spread every morning that can be eaten on an outside terrace with incredible views/scenery in several directions. The food at La Chuisa Restorante was excellent. All of the staff are A+++. The owners,George and Linda, are very welcoming and the ultimate host/hostess! )We did have a rental car from the airport we flew into) that allowed us to take day trips to Cortona, Muntepulciano, and a winery.

Everything! Peaceful, wonderful place with the fantastic view from the room and the pool. Restaurant is delicious, as well as the staff from the reception and restaurant! Many thanks for the recommendations of Olio desert, 10/10 :)

We had traveled all day to get there and unfortunately got to check in very late. We did not make an advanced reservation for dinner, so we arrived at the destination very hungry. It would have been nice to just purchase a sandwich and a bottle of wine from the facility and call it a night. But I have to say that the front desk bent over backwards to get us a reservation at a local restaurant where a birthday party was happening, so we joined the dinner party, but we were exhausted, and the extra travel and navigation was difficult for us. We appreciated the effort though. We could have also used more water in the room, one large bottle a day was not enough for us.

The facility was very charming and in a lovely setting. The breakfast was great and the view phenomenal. The coffee very good. The room was great, but we did not really appreciate the huge hot tub that needed to be updated and upgraded, so it was just useless for us. It was nice and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated that the front desk was able to schedule the winery tour for us that we really enjoyed at De'Ricci winery.

Only a suggestion no complaints: Floor was really slippery in bathroom - maybe larger mat for that area by shower and tub.

Rooms were huge and comfortable. View was fantastic. Loved the fresh honey at breakfast. Parking was great - right next to our rooms.

Breakfast quite industrial given the title we expected home made products from the farm . This needs to be improved. Service is good though. Restaurant menu is limited and restaurant itself is not attractive to stay for dinner

Rome is dated. Perhaps biggest suggestion is to add floor/table lamps. Using high, overhead lights is uncomfortable. Also, a lack of electrical plugs. Hard to travel today w/o a need to charge the phone. Ended up using bathroom plug which seem to work best.

Breakfast excellent. Staff goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.

They could improve the drinks provided by the pool but overall no complaints

The most charming place with beautiful rooms and views. Excellent breakfast and the most exceptional staff! Francesca went above and beyond to make our stay memorable :) They were thoughtful enough to even think of making dinner reservations for us at 13 Gobbi, which is also highly recommended by me. We would love to come back for another vacation at this magical place.

We were sad to miss the restaurant as it is closed on a Monday.

Holy Moly! This hotel is stunning, charming and quite simply divine. We stopped here for one night on a tour of tuscany and nearly rearranged our entire trip to stay longer. The staff are very helpful and will book restaurants or give you recommendations nearby (the hotel restaurant is shut on a Monday night, so unfortunately, we missed that experience). The rooms are beautiful, cool and clean. The pool area is fabulous and has a view in every direction. We want to come back and share this gorgeous place with friends and our kids.

The accommodation was amazing, beautiful scenery and peaceful. The staff were amazing and helped us to book restaurants and trips out. They also allow dogs which was an added bonus

The bed was not good. It shakes when you make a little movement and that wakes up my partner

Beautiful location and surroundings. We really enjoyed the swimming pool with view on Montepulciano. Dinner was very romantic and I enjoyed the whirlpool in the bathroom though it was not easy to get in and out. The staff was very friendly and caring.

Relais La Chiusa is a very beautiful property better olive hills and vin yards with an amazing view on Montepulciano in distance. The personal war very friendly and helpful. The hotel is indeed dog friendly.

The hotel is much more beautiful in real life than its photos:-). We have such the pleasant stay. We also appreciated staff support once we had some unexpected issue on the way travelling to the hotel. We recommend the hotel's restaurant. Delicious foods with very reasonable price. From the hotel you can easily explore nearby villages by foot.

On the day of departure, it was already sad that we were in La Chiusa for too short a time😅

The hotel was perfect as a base for a few days exploring the surrounding area. The location is excellent on the outskirts of a charming Tuscan village, from which it is a short drive to explore Montepulciano and the rest of the surrounding area. The courtyard area had a wonderful view of the valley and all the way to Monte Amiante, it was nice to admire these as the evening fell, relaxing with a glass of wine and local Tuscan delicacies right outside our room. The period we spent was really hot, but the room had effective cooling and a short distance to take a dip in the pool. The host family and staff were very friendly and helpful - All in all an excellent place, than you👍

Just a few wasps to watch out for down by the pool.

Absolutely gorgeous inn perched on the most picturesque hill in Montefollonico looking across to Montepulciano. The grounds, vineyards & groves surrounding the ancient buildings are spectacular & the rooms are spacious with stone walls & wooden beams from its time as an olive oil mill. The claw foot tub & rubber duckie were a lovely touch! The restaurant was amazing & we enjoyed a truly delicious dinner under the twinkling lights hung in the chestnut trees. The staff & owners were friendly & helpful. Did not want to leave.

The hotel is beautiful, right in the middle of a vineyard and the most stunning landscape around. Loved the pool area and the restaurant was fantastic!! Amazing handmade pastas and a lovely breakfast the next morning.
