I booked as a couple but they gave us two single beds , jt was a shared toilet which you can only occupy for 10-15 mins and the host doesn’t reply back to messages

It was next to the central Milano station which came in handy and it was next to the subway , jt was clean

Bathroom wasn't very clean after other guests from another rooms arrived. The lock on the bathroom was unstable, I was afraid someone would storm into the bathroom. At night, there was a noise from (I believe) boiler, we had room right next to bathroom, so it wasn't very pleasant. Earplugs were needed.

Good location right 5min from the central station. The metro stop was very close and even though we were near the main road, it wasn't noisy. Room was okay.

Additional fees without a bill for night check-in. The office opens late and closes early!! Early check out time. Donot readily offer luggage storage facility.

the lovely host Chiara was a like a ray of sunshine! the accommodation was simple but had everything you would need for the stay in milan. it was a nice location, very close to the Metro and a short trip to many places.

Toilet broken, could flash the toilet and shower not very inviting so we didn’t shower. Originally we were 5 guests but two couldn’t come so we were down to 3 guests and although I told them in advance the we were 3 they charged for two rooms (and only use one). Also we got 20 euros extra charge for getting late as our flight was delayed. In summary not very happy with the experience!

The broken toilet is completely unacceptable when it is a shared toilet. How long has it been broken? I saw a photo of it 6 weeks ago.

It was very clean and the linen was excellent. I was very happy with my room.

The receptionist did not only not speak English, she did not understand it either. Moreover, she was explaining the house rules in Italian to me. It took me some time and a lot of imagination to understand her. I find it weird for a hotel not to make sure that they understand their customers. After all, it is in their interest that the customers understand the rules. Otherwise, there are no hangers in the shared bathroom and I was wondering where to keep my towel while using the bathroom facilities.

I stayed at the property for less than 12 hours, as I just needed a place to sleep in. In that sense, the location was conveniently close to the Central Station. The wi-fi was also good.

- As this is a budget option there is no fan, no AC in the room, so u need to sleep window open (noisy!). - Lot of noise also from the hallway as there is no insulation on doors etc, so bring earplugs to sleep well.

- Good location near the metro & train station - Very clean and good shared bathroom - Nice budget b&b overall!

It was a bit confusing that the check in was in a different place than where we actually stayed the night. However our room was nice, the beds could have been a bit more comfortable though but everything was okey and clean. It was a bit far from the centre and all the sights and we walked like 4km to get to them. I still would recommend this hostel.

No hot water in the shower. Well, it was there once, at 7 am. But all the other times it was cold. Also only one toilet combined with the shower, so you have to wait for a long time sometimes. Also no kitchen or dishes or fridge: only microwave and teapot. At least it had cups but no cutlery.

The location was nice, next to the metro and near the railway station. Also the building was beautiful. The hostel was on the 2nd floor (1st floor in Europe) but it had an elevator. The receptionist was nice and went to another building with us to show us everything. The room was rather big, it had beds, tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom was rather comfortable. Also they provided tea, coffee, toasts and jam for breakfast.

It was far from the main sites. I was not familiar with the subway, so I had to walk to the main sites. I love walking, but that may be a problem for others

Easy check-in, friendly multi-lingual staff, it is located next to the grocery stores, pharmacies, and the train station.
