The canal on which the hotel is located has a vaporetto stop in front of it. The stopping and starting of those boats can be very loud. One of the receptionist was a bit rude, but hopefully it was just a bad day. The breakfast is rather boring, but not completely bad.

The room was not super modern, but fine for one night stay. We had one with canal view on the third floor and the view was pretty nice. The hotel is in comfortable walking distance from the train station and has some nice restaurants around.

It's a very basic accommodation, If it weren't for the value of 249€ it would probably even be a place to recommend without many expectations. However, the value was 249€ therefore, the review will be based on this value. The reception is not the most welcoming, however speaking Italian she can sketch a smile. The luggage storage is a wooden shed without any security, but the airport is not either, anyone can pick up the suitcase, so it’s ok, AYOR I stayed with room 215, very small, very dated, but it's a matter of personal taste. However the bed and pillows are comfortable. Hot and air conditioning and the open window is not an option. Until May, OK. Bathroom, small, but functional. Slippery bathtub. There is no blackout, and the covers don't cut off the light. So you can expect a lot of light after dawn. Breakfast is very basic, but it doesn't offend. Please expect a lot of people and a bit confusion. The maid is a heroine. She can't do better. Unlike the other comments, I didn't think it was dirty. But I also haven't been dragging furniture or looking for defects… It's a hotel for 100/125€ per night

The blind cortains cannot be closed, they are just decorative. No air conditioning, when we open the windows for sleep the moskitos eat us.

The power outlets were "fuori servizio" and hard to locate and/or not situated well. USB ports would we a welcome improvement, because I had to purchase a charger.

Breakfast was very good, and the garden was a really lovely surprise. We did prefer the main building to the new addition, but enjoyed staying in both. The location is amazing for transpirtation. The local area of Cannaregio is vibrant and fun.

The elevator was slow and felt like it was not going to make it to our floor. The HVAC wouldn't switch to air conditioning but the windows opened and it was a beautiful night so it worked out.

Great style, easy to access from the transportation. Bigger than it looked from outside. The room was adequate, the beds were comfy and the room was clean. Breakfast looked great when we dropped our bags on arrival (they offer luggage storage). Unfortunately we were only there a night and left too easy to enjoy it their food.

The room was too hot , we opened the window the first night but had a mosquito visitor ! Breakfast was included , self service and in a spacious area. There were too many sugary options , cereal , yogurt , cake, croissants , jam . Lots of tea, coffee & orange juice .

The room was lovely, very Venetian . Really easy to walk everywhere. The room was very hot for my daughter and I but other people may like that !
