Bathroom had a bad mildew-like smell for entirety of stay - leaving the fan on did little to help. A/C made loud screeching sound whenever in use, but worked fine otherwise.

The single room had a comfortable bed, was a good size space for one person, and a small bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Location is great - quiet area, in the middle of many of Rome's famous sights and the Vatican.

Was hard to find hotel when we arrived late , because our flights were delayed. Instructions were OK for finding it but not brilliant when your tired.

We know that the hotel is oldish but didn't expect shower to be so small. But we managed, not a big deal.

Jenny at the reception did her best to provide us transport during taxi strike by securing Uber. Excellent job.

The room was clean and tidy but the shower head was attached to the wall and couldn’t be adjusted. It wasn’t a big issue but it was set around 5ft5 meaning we had to kind of crouch under it to wash our hair. Just more one for awareness in case you have a back or mobility issue, I don’t believe all en-suites are the same, just ask for a different one.

The property is in a fantastic location, it’s 5 minutes from everything and the staff were amazing. The receptionists were so helpful and adjusted our taxi booking time for us. There is a lovely bistro across the road who sell the best coffee and pastries.

My room had the smallest shower space I've ever seen, there are no facilities at the hotel, no restaurant or bar and the shuttle doesn't actually come to the hotel, but it is within walking distance.

Loved the location in Prati, close to major attractions in walking distance, easy access to many cafes and restaurants, and loved that the hotel was old and funky.. The staff were amazing, friendly, and very helpful Jennie was brilliant with her local knowledge.

Very helpful stuff, the place is kept clean and has a good location. Most sites are within walking distance but has two or three bus stations close by if you need to use public transport to any location including the airport

On the street, the parking spaces were all taken, I drove for an hour on the surrounding streets but did not find anything. In the end I parked at the underground parking lot which costs €30. When we leaving in the morning, the lady at the reception was 20 minutes late. One of the guest has a train and lost the train. Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. but she came at 8:20 a.m. and when I asked about breakfast she said she had to prepare it so we could wait. We didn't have time to wait, we waited for almost an hour in the morning

Transfers were great, drivers very courteous, cars spotless. Staff at hotel fabulous, very helpful. Location is great with great restaurants/cafes within 5 mins. walk. Room could be a bit more updated but when in Rome it's not about the room :)

There were no black out shades, it was a little difficult to sleep. The pillows were flat and not comfortable. Also there was a bit of a musty smell.

There was not a separate bidet as advertised. The photos of the double room in the website showed a bigger more impressive room than what it was.

It was very comfortable except for the air conditioning, there was no instructions or writing left on the unit and didn’t seem to get any cooler. Getting out of the shower was interesting as it was very narrow and a step down onto a marble floor. Mats were provided for the floor.

When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff and refreshments, which were welcome after our walk across town to the hotel. We stayed in another building to the main hotel which was a few metres away. The beds were very comfortable.

Hotel desk not staffed until after 8am. Room felt shabby and a bit run down.

Close to sightseeing at Vatican. Room made up everyday. Mus Cafe almost next door was great!
