There was nothing we didnt like.

The hotel was perfect for access to Heathrow Airport. We had an evening flight and used the hotel facilities until we needed to leave. There is a McDonald's within walking distance and a bowling centre which we used to pass the time.

There was a misunderstanding with our room and instead of twin beds we got a double bed. We asked for a new room and they gave us the only room with twin beds available . However in the new room the toilet was running non stop and the flush was not working. So we had to return to the old one. Also the bed covers were too warm for the season and the air conditioning was semi functioning.

The staff was very welcoming and eager to help us with everything we asked for. The area was very calm and quiet (with the exception that one night there was a gathering of sorts just outside our hotel window - but it had nothing to do with the hotel and when I informed the reception desk they imidiately called the police and offered me a new quieter room for the night. Also the breakfast was top notch.

The TV was old, and we couldn't turn the volume down. The air con didn't work either and the hooks in the bathroom for towels were broken.

The location and public transport connections with a range of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean.

The window doesn't opens wide, it has a tiny little gap because of the frigging wire. There were moments we couldn't breathe and the airconditioner was almost dead, no sign of life. Other than that I would reccomend this hotel nevertheless.

The most important thing is that there was plenty of vegies beside other food, unlike in many other hotels in Europe which considers that bacon, eggs and cheese is all one need.

• Despite the check in time was 14:30 and we were there at 14:00 the receptionist informed us that the check in starts at 15:00 and in order to have a free early check in we could become members to their hotel scheme. I dont mind become a member but I mind him lying to me for free check in while my room apparently was ready • Cleanliness • Bathroom seiling was like a storage place and it was creating a sense of non privacy

The bathroom air was strange a bit like the ventilation system hasn’t been working for a while. It was the first thing to notice when entering the room.

The door stuck and had to be pulled shut every time I entered or exited. The slamming of other doors on the floor was loud.

Noise is a problem if someone does not have good sleep, since for example in our room (116) noise came from the fountain near the hotel and public transport. Also, isolation is not so good inside the hotel and there is a problem with door retarders and it make noise when someone enters or goes out of the room. Rooms are clean, but not the cleanest.

The room was quite good. The staff is very polite and ready to help in each moment. The hotel is close to the metro station and with the change of two metro lines you can reach the Duomo. Breakfast is good, there are several options and it is enough for a 3-star hotel.

It was loud sometimes. Bathroom was not cleaned properly the first day we arrived. Twin beds are not separeted.

Was only there one night, and the hotel is the definition of "you get what you pay for". It was acceptable. Plenty of amenities and transport links nearby.

Great hotel! Close to the metro and not too far from the city centre. The room was clean and breakfast was excellent! You can hear some noise from the hallway in your room, but it didn’t bother us too much.

Constant problems with keys (card) and staff did not help to repair it, bad and old hairdryers
