Elevator and room are very small. Wait for a long time to get the room key after going out. Shower gel is empty. Can be better for a 4-star hotel.

Pillow and bed are comfortable, some free drinks in the fridge.

Our hotel room was on the small side, especially the bathroom and shower enclosure.

The hotel is very conveniently located near to the central train station if you are arriving and/or leaving via train. Only a 5 minute walk although you do have to cross a busy road to get to the station; think of it as a challenge! If your cases are not too heavy then you can use the underpass to the Metro as a safer route to the station. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location is the best. Easy to get to train station and so many restaurant. Close to everywhere. The breakfast is so good, variety and quality!!!!! The room is spotless clean comfy bed and linens. Staffs were so helpful and friendly especially the girl at the breakfast. Overall we are so happy to stay here

The safe was not attached to anything. There were no English stations on tv even though they were listed in the room.

It is my 4th stay at this hotel, and it has always been very enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near the Central train station, as well as metro, bus, and tram stations. The rooms are very nice and clean, equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee, and everything you might need. Additionally, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. During this stay, unfortunately, my phone and credit card were stolen while I was in the city. However, the hotel staff, especially Agneszka, was very kind in helping me to block my credit card and SIM. Alongside her colleagues Emanuele and Daniele, they assisted me with all my issues, including sending emails, printing tickets, and providing valuable advice. I felt incredibly safe and well-supported, as if I were among family. Many thanks to all the staff who helped and supported me during this challenging time. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

Wished the AC cooled the room. It was just a fan, that didn’t actually cool the room.

This is not really a critique of the hotel, it's more a function of my airline which changed our flight time and as a result, we had to miss "breakfast at the Berna" - I always look forward to breakfast there bc their breakfast buffet is impressive and delish. There's something there for everyone - and then some! We did appreciate, that they packed us up a little bag with breakfast goodies before our early flight!

Over the years, I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. This hotel stands out in my opinion with regards to its service-orientation. I love the hotel's location (proximity to Milano Centrale) and the cleanliness of the rooms!
