Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

EVERYTHING!!! What an amazing experience this hotel was. From the minute you arrive, everyone was so warm and welcoming. It was honestly one of the best hotels I have ever used and I highly recommend it for anyone that wants a beautiful and relaxing place to stay in Rome. They have a beautiful rooftop terrace that overlooks the Trevi Fountain. It was just so beautiful to have a glass of wine or a cocktail when you come back from the day of walking your feet off. They also have a wonderful delicious restaurant right on property that we had dinner at 3 of the 4 nights we were in Rome. Yes, the food was that good!! The rooms were well appointed and had wonderful rainshower showers. Everything was quiet and just beautiful!! I cannot recommend this place enough. We loved every minute!!

United StatesThe only thing that was weird and not well explained is getting to my room. HOWEVER, by the end of the trip my husband and I were use to it and we would totally stay in the same room again. So these are old buildings....Harry's only goes up to the 3rd floor. Then our room was on the "4th floor" - so we had to go up a flight of stairs....BUT....what wasn't explained is to get to the "4th floor" - you get off the elevator...and you are outside and go up a flight of metal steps on the side of the "4th floor" building....COMPLETELY worth it though. The room was fabulous!
What didn't I like? Goodness, this place was beautiful! The food was super delicious! The room was amazingly comfortable, modern, and clean. I loved that there is a small museum under the hotel. Every night at 630p the church bells would ring and it was beautiful. The Trevi fountain is at the end of the alley. I totally fell in love with this place!

IrelandOur room was small as you would expect from a centre based hotel but also a little dark, our window view was facing an external wall. Bathroom/shower facilities etc. were very good. The hotel lobby/bar area is small and lacks atmosphere should you wish to stay there for a pre dinner or after dinner drink upon return from an evening out.
Harry's Bar Trevi is very well located, approx 50mtrs from the Trevi Fountain and within walking distance to most of the cities main tourist attractions, i.e. Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps etc.. Breakfast is buffet style, great choice, with a choice of eggs cooked to to individual taste. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Jordan. The noise outside was too much! I felt am sleeping on the street, window isolation is very bad. . Room gets cold frequently and heater was not working properly and room gets cold easily.
. Tasty breakfast & perfect cappuccino :)) . The room was very clean and the hotel as well and breakfast area all were very clean & hygiene . Room was spacious and well prepared for 3 people.
