It’s a walk into the town but you can get a bus from the area outside the train station

We stayed in the Guesthouse next door to the hotel. It was a flat straight walk from the train station- took about 15-20 minutes with luggage There were 3 small steps and then a lift to the floor. We had a spacious room with electric shutters , air conditioning, large shower ( with gel) , a drinks fridge ( 2 bottles of water) a kettle tea / coffee . We had a small balcony to sit on . There were more amenities in the hotel, bike hire, vending machines, laundry

Without a car the walk to the centre of town was quite long. We did discover a public bus which helped.

The friendly greeting, cleanliness, lift, outlook, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.

Close to rail station Porta Nuova. Very friendly stuff. Always ready to help. Possibility to use gym with sauna. Car parking. You can leave you baggage before and after check-in. Check in is from 14.00. Variable breakfast. Old town city center in 15 minutes on foot.

The staff were attentive and friendly Even though I was unable to have breakfast during my stay on account of leaving the hotel early in the morning, the staff very kindly put together a bag of breakfast goodies for me on two occasions..

Overall the stay was really pleasant, however I would give 10 stars if coffee and tea was replenished daily in the room. I needed to push manually the charger to electric sockets for it to actually charge the phone.

Clean, close to railway station and flixbus, supermarket just around the corner. Polite staff. Room had everything we needed. Comfy beds. Would stay there again!

There was a kettle with some instant coffee in the room but we would have liked to have some tea available as well.

Staff were very friendly and helpful - showed us to our room and gave us a map of the city. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel was very close to local restaurants, the train station, and the city centre.

Wardrobe space needed. We felt pressured to leave the room when the cleaners came to clean the room.

Location was good - easy to get to the centre of Verona on an e-scooter or by walking. The room was very clean and a good size!

A little bit off the beaten path. About a 20 minute walk to get towards the center of the city.

It was pretty good and reasonably price. Breakfast was included. Five to 10 minute walk to the train station.

The room smelt of bleach, which was so overpowering we couldn't stay in the room too long. The smell never left over our 2 night stay. It's horrible when it's 32 degrees outside, and you have a long walk (15 minutes) to old town and want respite when you come back. No shops/restaurants nearby. It was also a strange setup with security entering the building. You don't have access to the building with a key. There are cctv cameras & you have to buzz security to let you in each time. Made you feel like the area is unsafe.

Excellent size room, with a large bathroom. Well laid out, with windows which open. Fridge and kettle were a plus, as not all rooms in Italy offer that. Close to train station.

Its is not a guest house, its a hotel room. Dont expect help with directions or information about what to see. We did not like that someone went through our cases while we were out. Our fault to a degree, we should have locked them. Nothing taken. Also we got an email before we arrived telling us how to score this place on the booking site.!

Our room was in a different building from the reception, had a bit of a hostel vibe, but very safe.

Good location, away from the hustle and bustle the tourist attractions, though a bit of a hill to climb back but nothing major. Room was spotless and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Staff very helpful and efficient. Would definitely stay there again.

Ultra clean room, lovely bathroom, good air conditioning with a comfy bed and decent fridge. The breakfast was superb and the ability to leave bags in a secure area was much appreciated. Handy location to train with staff ready to with maps and guidance on exploring the city, also multi lingual.
