Nothing. The hotel room style is that of grandeur European - with darker and heavy furniture. It takes a bit of getting used to compared to the clean modern style. Other than this, the room is big and comfortable.

The hotel room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast spread was good and hotel staff were polite. There are nice restaurants near the hotel and the hotel is just a 5-min walk to Teatro Massimo ( opera house) and food street , a 10-min walk to La Martorana and Quattro Canti and a 15-min walk to Palermo Cathedral and Palatine Chapel

The breakfast was very comprehensive and tasty but unfortunately the hot food was not hot but only warm which was a shame. Ideally it is not best not being on the ground floor as the noise travels with groups at reception or at the lift which was not a problem overall just when people arrived back late.,

Perfect location for exploring Palermo just a short walk and you are by the Opera House and all the interesting places to visit. We took the bus from the Airport to the City Centre and the hotel was a 5 minute walk from the Bus Stop. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were all very helpful. As it was raining on both days we spent some time in the lounge area and the drinks/snacks from the bar were really nice. Great place to relax.

Our rooms windows opened up to a small window well / interior courtyard and the pigeons were quiet loud. Nothing that interrupted sleep but we couldnt leave the windows open.

Breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip throughout Italy. The staff was great and helpful and the facilities, including the spa and bar were a pleasant surprises. The location was perfect, easy access to plenty of restaurants but also quiet and nose was not an issue.

We had a street facing room on a lower floor which was a bit noisier, but it didn’t really bother us that much and we slept very well regardless.

Very comfortable and clean, staff very professional, proactive and obliging, walking distance to most tourist sites, lots of eating options nearby. Valet parking in a garage nearby (€25/day), which was fine considering the lack of parking options in Palermo. Breakfast was good and had many options including some gluten-free. But if we needed anything they didn’t have, they went out of their way to get it for us. We had an early morning departure and they packed breakfast for us. :)

The staff were exceptional and incredibly helpful. They sorted out my rental car really well. Staff at breakfast were great. Room was great and breakfast was very good. We stopped at bar one time and the bar lady was exceptionally good as well. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels in last 40 years and this was among the best. Really good experience. Thank you.

Room looked like it could use some deep cleaning. Though the room is beautifully appointed, the shower had issues draining and overflowed even with the shower at a trickle. Since it was late, we didn't want to call for assistance. The cap of the drain was cockeyed, apparently it was placed like that for the problem. Reported it the next morning to a gent at the desk, but no one attended to the problem while we were out on the town, housekeeping just replaced the drain cap. Sad the room was not taken care of as it should have been. When WIM, heard of this on our check out day, he was very apologetic and had wished he would have been there the days we had shower problems. Again, WIM has exceptional guest skills.

The location and staff of the hotel are excellent. Located in an upper scale neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafe's. High end shopping all within walking distance. Walkable to city center and to old parts of Palermo. Close enough to walk to the marina for cocktails, sunset and food. WIM, the gent at the front desk provided exceptional local information and insight. Breakfast was abundant and awesome, the staff were very attentive.

The property is spacious and centrally located in the heart of Palermo. It is close to many restaurants and shopping, and I would definitely stay here again. The staff was amazing. They made sure every little detail was taken care of and insured that we were comfortable and happy at all times which we were. I would stay here again on my next visit.

We recently stayed at this Palermo hotel and had a wonderful time. Its location near the main street and attractions made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff's friendliness and readiness to assist added a personal touch to our experience. The hotel's decor, especially in our room, was fantastic, creating a cozy and luxurious feel. Breakfast had a lot of choices, including Prosecco, which was a great way to start our days. It was like a peaceful retreat in the midst of Palermo's hustle and bustle. A shoutout to the bar, which made our evenings special with its hospitality. Overall, we had a great experience and look forward to coming back.
