We arrived to the hotel by car and the staff took over. Everything went so smoothly. The check in was great and the location could not be better. The morning breakfast buffet was a big surprise. Great food and service.

The property sets the standard for luxury. Every person we interacted with was fantastic. The location of the property was close to all the shops and restaurants and was absolutely beautiful. The rooftop bar and rooftop bar were special. We loved everything about our stay.

Everything was superb, idyllic location, rooftop pool was stunning, sea views from one side wonderful. The gardens were beautiful. It was a great location to walk to all the restaurants, to the port for the ferry, easy 10 minute walk to the station. This hotel totally exceeded our expectations.

The bath didn't stay full.

We went for our honeymoon, and were upgraded to a better room with a bottle of prosecco. The room had a balcony with a view of the lemon tree garden and the bed was huge! Breakfast was fantastic and had many different options both hot and cold. The bar upstairs did lovely cocktails and lunch and the pool was heated. All compliments to the staff who were unbelievably helpful. We didn't try the restaurant as it was very expensive, and because of the time of year, was very empty too. There are plenty of other food options around, the hotel is very well situated. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are very grateful to have spent our honeymoon in such a wonderful place

The hotel was amazing!! Booked for our wedding week- the staff really looked after us and upgraded the room when we got there, that was such a nice treat and started our wedding week off perfectly. The room was amazing and all the staff were so friendly. It was clean with updated decor. The pool is so beautiful too

Our only disappointment was the arrangement with our taxi transfer to airport. We were told it would be 160 euro but the reception staff didn't tell us we needed to book this in advance. On the Sunday when we left they called us a regular taxi and it ended up costing us 250 euro! I feel the hotel should ask you on arrival if you require a transfer om departure and arrange it for you then. Taxis are daylight robbery. My advice is to avoid at all cost. Next time we'd hire a car.

Great hotel at its best when the sun is shining and you cab take in sunset hour on the roof terrace and enjoy the pool. The gardens are full of lemon and orange trees really lovely. We got upgraded to sea view suite which was lovely.
