I recently stayed at the Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel in Naples for one night. Despite being located in an industrial area, I found the hotel to be incredibly comfortable and clean. The room was well-appointed and provided a relaxing environment after a day of travel. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. Their warm hospitality made a significant positive impact on my experience.

Quite far out of Naples so as a tourist you need to use train or taxi to get to points of interest, which adds up over the course of your stay.

It was not sound isolated. Then was full of mosquitoes. Our room had a French bed 140cm and was very small.

There's nothing exciting to do that's close by in walking distance. We took a taxi to another neighborhood to find activities/food/shops. It took about 5 minutes via taxi so not too bad.

The location of the hotel is in an area that is up and coming. It looks like an old industrial area that is being refurbished, so there isn’t a lot near the hotel. There is building g happening nearby and I think in a few years the area will be interesting with more to see. But the hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious.

The food was good, the staff were all helpful and extremely friendly. They have an agreement with a taxi business to get you a slight discount on rides.

Our second stay for only a day - a detour on way back home. It was good to see Gold Tower offer us top notch service, neat and clean room with all amenities and delicious food. To top it all we once again met extremely helpful and always smiling staff of Gold Tower. A special mention for Fenerica (hope I haven't made a mistake in her name spell, apologies if I have). She helped us with an easy check out at 6 am and organised a cab to airport in no time and had a consistent smile on her face. Another mention for Mauro who manages the shuttle bus service from hotel to city and back - what a delightful and wonderful person. Full of energy, super communicator and someone who we realised is a proud Neapolitan. The 20 min drive to the city and back was always fun only because of him.

I didn´t like that the parking was not right by the hotel, specially because we left at 4 am and we felt a little scared to go to the parking, pick the car and load all the luggage at the hotel´s door. I didn´t like the neighborhood, we arrived by car and saw a lot of garbage on the streets near the hotel. It´s a pity because the hotel was really fantastic.

The staff was fantastic. We had dinner at the terrace restaurant and it was great. We left very early in the morning so the hotel prepared breakfast boxes for us! The room was big, very clean and modern. We really loved the hotel.

Nothing significant that I will highlight as a problem with the hotel , staff, food or amenities.

The hotel is a bit away from the common path but no complains as they have a shuttle bus that helps customers reach city. Hotel is neat and clean and our room was spacious. Amazing staff - extremely courteous and helpful as well as always smiling. All facilities were well provided except for milk , which I still wonder why it wasn't provided. Breakfast and dinner - absolutely delicious and yummy. Room was clean and all amenities and toiletries were well provided. Special mention of Laura who works with Gold Tower and is a star. Made our check-in process comfortable and fun. Mavro , who drives the shuttle bus , is a delight. Good communicator and extremely helpful.

Food and Drinks are a little pricey inside the hotel!

Everything! The rooms are luxurious, spacious and very enjoyable! The service from Federica on reception was outstanding and always smiling! Mauro the concierge and shuttle bus driver made the holiday exceptional! A true asset to the hotel! Friendly, efficient and supportive! Saved us a small fortune on our trip to Pompeii! Ask for Mauro if you need any help when staying here! We will be back!
