We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We've got a room in a ground floor and it was very easy, as our parking place was just in front of our door. Room was beautifully firnished, everyzthing was clean, beds were comfortable. Coffemaker and water heater plus cups and glasses were available. We've got snack and biscuits already in the room and thought this was our breakfast. However, next morning a bag with lots of croissants and other morning sweets was put in front of our door and it was really lovely surprise. Also instructions about how to get to the place and open the room were clear and helpful. Communication with the resort was smooth. When booking, they've sent me the link where I would need to fill the data of all of us. It's really detailed and too long - but luckily the appartment offered also the option of just sending photos of our documents without filling the forms and that was really helpful (as I've booked the room on the way to La spezia, so didn't have time to fill long forms). Location of the place is very convenient if you plan to use train to come to Cinque Terre, it's just 5 min walk away.

A difficult location to understand. Parked not at the property, but another 3 blocks away. difficult walk with bags up a steep street and many stairs. Nice court yard where breakfast was served.

United StatesAt first I was a little frustrated when I learned that the location I booked was switched to a different location. After traveling all day I was tired. We were notified ahead of time but I missed the communication, my fault. The Location turned out to be better than the one originally booked. The new location was where the free breakfast was served.
Delia and her staff were wonderful! She was one of the nicest, helpful, accommodating persons I've meet in my 35 years as a travel agent. And her staff were very friendly, helpful, and nice. The property was clean, comfortable and safe. Property was in walking distance to transportation and the center of town. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

NetherlandsThe property is amazing but the staff really make this property exceptional. Breakfast had a great selection and was served on a quiet, well manicured terrace. The staff was very helpful in every aspect especially Souad. She was very patient from arrival to departure - helping us with the property especially parking and making great suggestions for meals. The room was clean and well appointed and the AC worked great. I highly recommend Glam Resort for staying in La Spezia or visiting Cinque Terre. The train station was a short walk.

Good place to base ourselves to explore both La Spezia and the Cinque Terre, close to station but a good 15 min walk through the mainly pedestrianised town centre to get to the harbour area. Lots of places in between to choose from for food. Good use of space in the light & airy room. Nespresso-style coffee maker but no kettle, useful small fridge in the room with supermarket less than 10 min walk away. More traditional (smaller) Italian breakfast provided a very short walk away. Excellent spot to base a walking holiday of the area from and worked well for us touring the Cinque Terre by day and local restaurants by night. Also were able to adjust our arrival time forward.

United StatesI don’t think there was anything we did not like about our stay. The only challenge was the system for paying the city tax. We tried multiple times to process however when it came to billing address, it only had Italy as an option for country so could not process. Amy tried multiple times with links with no success for us. We ended paying in cash which was not a problem. I do wonder if others have had similar experiences…
We loved the breakfast! So many choices and even when there was a little language barrier they made sure to get us what we wanted. The croissants were some of the best we have ever had!!! The cappuccinos were also to die for! Our last day it was pouring so could not eat at the designated location (beautiful space by the way). The breakfast team made sure we had our meal to start the day and personally brought to our room-that’s 5 star service😊. Amy was also very communicative and readily available to answer all of our questions. She also made check in and location of breakfast super simple. When we saw how close we were to the train track we were a little worried. We quickly realized that it was not an issue and actually loved how close we were to the train station for our visits to Cinque Terre.
