Unfortunately with the central location, a view over the sea was impossible, but everything else was excellent.

Hotel Giordano was centrally located in Ravello with an excellent pool. The best part was the staff at the front desk. There are not enough words to describe how helpful and courteous they were.

We love Hotel Giordano. We stayed here six years ago and coming back yesterday was just magical. The staff, the rooms, the facilities are all exceptional and the location second to none. I wish we could have stayed longer. We had to check out at 5.30am and the night Porter had kindly made us breakfast bags and coffee to take with us. It truly is a magical place and we cannot wait to come back again soon :)

If our garden room had a balcony with the veranda doors, it would have been perfect.

Breakfast was superb. No need for more food For the remainder of the day if one ate the full breakfast choices included in the room price. Location was perfect for Ravello since we didn't have to climb steep hills to arrive at the center square.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The rooms were well furnished and the pool is excellent. But the real gems are the staff. They couldn’t do enough to help us, they reserved us tables in restaurants with fantastic views and generally just couldn’t do enough to help. I can’t recommend this place enough due to how wonderful the staff were.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

The location was near the square and on the path we needed for the wedding venue villa eva. The pool was nice and having a pool bar was a plus. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. They organized our rides and took our luggage to the ride.

Beautiful hotel with a fab, deep pool. So close to the main square in Ravello, we never walked more than 10 minutes to any restaurant or the tourist outings we did! Really kind and helpful staff too.

- The only issue we had was the signs everywhere saying what you were not allowed to do! It felt very old fashioned and not very welcoming - The pool is beautiful and really big but definitely not child friendly, partly due to the signs everywhere saying to be quiet / not jump or dive etc

- Location was perfect, right in the middle of Ravello with gorgeous views of the hills from the pool - We had budget rooms but they were really big and lovely, big bathrooms and super clean - Reception staff were lovely and porters helped with luggage not just within the hotel but also to our taxi which was a few mins walk from the hotel as Ravello is pedestrian only - We had lunch and breakfast and both were very good

Shower facilities by the pool had no privacy. Otherwise it was perfect.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. A beautiful location in a beautiful town. The pool was a good size and was well maintained, and there were plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Our room was lovely with a comfortable big bed and the air con was very effective. Big shout out to Giuseppe for making us feel so relaxed.
