Very good location for travelling around the city, right at the metro station, close to Vatican, Fabio is very nice person and Amy who care about guest was absolutely amazing and kind person. I really recommend this accomodation.

The location was perfect, very close to Vatican. There was also metro station in front of the house, so it was easy to get there. The room was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The staf was very kind and helpfull, she was always asking if we need something. We were very satisfied there. We had really good time.

The wifi could have been a little stronger in my room, but not a big issue.

The staff were very kind and pleasant, the morning staff even went above and beyond and made me a coffee. The space was clean, quiet, and easy to find- right next to the Metro. I enjoyed my stay!

Nothing special, maybe just to write something I would say being above the Metro, you feel it every time it passes.

The house is near the Metro A and the street is well served by buses. It is at a walking distance of San Pietro and Vatican museums. The host (Fabio) is nice and helpful.

Our host was fantastic! So helpful and friendly, offered us coffee while we waited for our room to be ready for checkin. The room was a great size and was in a great location for attractions and restaurants.

We would have liked to partake in the breakfast, but it was offered later in the morning when we had meetings and tours booked. I would recommend to make it available a bit earlier.

Good location right on a metro line, walkable to attractions and restaurants. Cute rooms, comfy beds, and nice and quiet space. They booked a car service to the airport, and cleaned our room daily. Very pleasant conversations with staff.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice, but not really to much bother to walk down corridor to the kitchen.

Location was superb for the Vatican City, just a 5 minute walk, also colosseum was 10 minute subway ride away costing just 3 euro for 2 people. We walked around the other attractions without any issues. Guest house would be tricky to find by yourself but Fabio was amazing and very helpful, also spoke excellant English. Rooms were basic, clean and tidy, the service was spot on. I’d certainly stay there again when I return to Rome .

Everything was great - 5 mins walking distance to Vatican, 1 min to the underground station, 1 min to food corners. Fab value for money, the room has standard equipment and was cleaned up eveymry day. More than I expected. Love it!

For us everything was excellent!

Very good location close to stations (1min by walk), shops, restaurants, markets, Vatican (10min by walk). Italian style building and apartment. It really brings you into the italian life. It makes you feel like you are local. Spacious apartment and room, especially the lounge, very clean and quiet. Emi greated us and she is a lovely lady. She prepared our coffee and even brought it to our room in the morning without asking her. A very pleasant surprise. Her advice were very helpful too. We met Fabio (the owner) as well and he is very kind. They really make you feel more than just guests there and not even once did we feel unwanted. We had a very nice time there and felt very safe.

We don't know if we could have a better stay anywhere else in Rome. We have been made to feel welcome and we couldn't fault a thing. When you book an accommodation you are called "guest", but often that's just an empty word. Not here, Fabio has made us feel as if we were really guests at his house. Grazie!

The shower water is not warm enough for a few days. My room is at the end of the corridor where the WiFi signal is not so good in certain locations in the room. You have to move around to find a good spot.

The location is excellent. It is just next to an exit of the Metro Ottaviano Station and very close to Vatican City. The room is quite spacious. I like the decoration and the atmosphere. The staffs are very nice.
