Excellent location, good comfortable room directly opposite the main train station. The check-in and checkout was smooth and the staff super friendly, courteous and very helpful. The room was well equipped and clean. The windows were triple glazed so the room was super quiet. The breakfast was good with a good variety of food.

The hotel is right in front of the train station, so its ideal if you are planning to move around with trains. It is clean and the staff is very polite. The breakfast is just amazing, very diverse for the general italian standard.

If you are looking to stay in the heart of Bologna downtown/CBD maybe stay elsewhere as this location is more for commuters or tourists who want to save money on transportation. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8 so if you have an early start you’ll have to get breakfast elsewhere.

The property is conveniently located right across from the train station. It was nice inside and allowed us to store our luggage before heading out on our food tour. The shower was hot with great water pressure and a very large bathroom. The staff was friendly.

We liked everything. A small suggestion that more choices in kids menu in the restaurant would be very useful for families with children.

Family room was quite big. Sofa bed was big and comfortable for kids. Breakfast was nice and had plenty of choices. Location of the hotel is perfect - it is exactly opposite the train station. Clean and has everything a family needs for a perfect holiday in Bologna.

We had planned to do some cooking ourselves, but it was difficult given the lack of fruit and vegetable vendors, bakeries, etc. nearby. There are supermarkets, but they don’t carry much fresh food.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to major attractions by foot or by tram, bus, or metro. The manager, Faru, was diligent and responsive and explained the features of the apartment very clearly.

Would have preferred a room with just a shower. A bit awkward stepping into a high tub to take a shower.

The hotel is just opposite Bologna Centrale and just a 15 minute walk from the Centro Storico. Both Breakfast and hotel room were just perfect. Staff were very attentive and provided all the necessary support.

Clean hotel, modern, lovely staff, check-out at a very reasonable time compared to other hotels. Can take the bus from the door of the hotel for 4 stops to the city centre. It’s super convenient cause you avoid the touristic crows and you stay in a great hotel.

You should wait for more than 5 minutes in order to have a hot water in the bathroom. That is not a good quality for a four stars hotel. In the rush hours for breakfast, after 9.am, they are a lot of people and it’s very difficult for the staff to bring the new food. They tried, but often you need to wait for some products. Very strange policy at the hotel bar and restaurant. You are not allowed to order food at some places in the hotel restaurant. Other places remain empty but the staff order you to sit for a drink at the hotel lobby on the sofa, which is not convenient.

The rooms were convenient. The parking is next to the hotel. The location is next to the Central Station and 20 minutes walk to the Piazza Maggiore.
