I enjoyed having a sea view but beware that the hotel sits right behind Belvedere dI Largo Aretusa. At night (on the weekends at least) there is a sea club past below this attraction -- and you can hear the music in your hotel room even with the balcony doors closed. This in addition to it being a tourist spot so while fun to see music performers and people watch can have some noise. If you're there to party you may not mind!

Location to all the sites in siracusa was great. It is in a beautiful area. Breakfast was superb, lots of options and a great a la carte menu included. Bed was comfortable, bathrooms clean and nice. Lots of sitting areas that I did not have time to fully explore. The hotel is really goregous and well decorated.

There is an issue with this hotel in that an outdoor nightclub is directly next door and the music is VERY loud on Fridays and Saturdays until 2.30am, which happened to be the 2 nights we stayed. The staff were amazing and moved us further away but we could still hear the bass. Obviously the hotel can do nothing but for the prices they charge it really isn’t acceptable.

A stunning newly refurbished hotel. Rooms feel luxurious and spacious. Rooftop bar is lovely, breakfast is fantastic.

We have stayed in many five star hotels across the world but found the bedroom rather disappointing as it was very small for two people.

The location is perfect, in the most scenic part of Ortigia, with a view over the harbor. The view over the sea is breath-taking. The guest rooms are large, elegant, comfortable, with a timeless classic style. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Everything has been great.

It is a fantastic hotel with incredibly friendly and supportive staff who made our stay here pure joy! We are very grateful for all the services we have received. The front desk officers—Flavia, Luisa, Ciara, and others—did their best to help us with any request. The bellman, cleaning ladies, restaurant waitresses, massage therapists, and the list goes on—were absolutely excellent. Many thanks to everyone who made our stay here unforgettable. We are leaving today and already miss the place.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Our rooms had wonderful views and were delightful. The staff was attentive. The breakfast was fine but the dining options were limited. The hotel is in a wonderful neighborhood, and the building itself is lovely.

When you are in this HOtel , it is like you are in Paradise. The Location is stunning!!! IT´s in the centre of Ortigia with an amazing view! The interiors are meticolusly choose. The breakfast is every day different but always the sicilian specialities available. The food is super fresh and the variety and the attention to the quantity and the details is incredible great! The room? Never ever slept in a room sea view like this!!! takes your breath away for everything!!! The staff? This makes the difference! Director and all his stuff are highly professional, welcoming, warm, helpful, friendly people, they put always you and your family in the centre of the attention!!!! EXCELLENT Experience!! To try at least once in your life! :)

Ask for a room located in the first building. The rooms in the other one are located close to a bar that can be noisy when they turn the music on to the maximum.

The daily arrival of swarm of birds to the pine tree outside our balcony, as soon as the sun sets.

It was all very expensive. Euro 380 for the room per night, euro 50 to have the car parked each night as there was no car park, euro 25 for a g&t in the rooftop bar - That sort of thing.

We turned up after 10pm on a Saturday night but we were well looked after. We were just in time to order room service as we were tired after a long journey and didn't want to go out. The breakfast was good in a nice, simple room overlooking the sea. (Not as good as the Villa Igiea in Palermo by which we now compare to other properties.) The bedroom was lovely. A big comfy bed and a great bathroom with a huge bath (big enough for 2). Lovely view from the balcony of our room overlooking the sea. Location was great - minutes from the sights.

We had a very warm welcome from Luisa Z and during all our stay she solved all of our problems and helped us a lot. Of course, we like the property and especially its location but I think without Luisa our staying there wouldn’t be so incredible. I wanna also mention breakfast here - really delicious with nice view. I definitely recommend this hotel everybody who gonna visit Siracusa and you will be very lucky if Luisa will work these days because she is amazing.

The only negative thing is that some of the breakfast food was sometimes tasteless (unsalted or unseasoned). Apart from this minor detail, I truly had an excellent stay. It is a highly recommended establishment.

Hotel is located in the historical center, which makes accessing almost all tourist spots very easy. A short stroll and you can see many sites, churches, restaurants, shops, etc. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pressure on the shower was great. Wi-fi was fast and strong. The staff is wonderful, very kind and attentive. It really was a brilliant stay.

On arrival the lady on reception could have given better advice on restaurants….she also should have mentioned an afternoon drink at the Sunset Bar… 10 mins walk in a gorgeous area…
