honestly, everything was good. maybe just that the restaurant could get very loud during meal times. also, not all staff speaks English. if you don’t have a bit of Italian it may get challenging some times

Dinners were overcrowded, people were fighting for a spot to take food. Absolutely no 1,5m distancing and quite scary.

Pool is huge and clean surrounded with amazing gardens. Beach is good, clean.. Very friendly stuff.

The location was great, especially when you travel with toddler. The beach was very close and the pool was amazing as well. We also liked the food. A lot of different options from which you can choose from. Only the breakfast was always the same offer but still was fine. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable.

Even if cleaning is done properly, the hotel feels old WiFi doesn't work in all areas and randomly crashes (typical of the area) - don't rely on mobile data, there's little reception The use of prepaid hotel cards to pay for extras at the bar is inconvenient

Great location in Orosei for exploring both the Costa Smeralda (we recommend spiaggia Lu Impostu near Brandinchi) and the Golf of Orosei (the boat tour leaving from nearby the hotel's beach drops you off at Cala Mariolu, Luna and Sisine + you can see Cala Goloritze from the boat) Great choice of food at the restaurant (if you like fish and seafood), though set-up could look nicer and queues can be long Well maintained resort premises, easy access to the pool and sea

Wifi never worked in our room and rarely worked in the property.

Massive swimming pool with lots of availability for chairs/parasols (when wind wasn't blowing). With full capacity not sure if this would be the case. Also plenty of beach chairs/parasols available.

- The WC in our toilet dropped water all the time, producing a quite annoying noise epecially during the night. We managed to mitigate it by keeping the door closed and the fans active. - Although the food was fairly good, the restaurant was in general chaotic. While it was still manageable during our first week, when the number of guests became considerably more it was quite stressful to get something to eat. People not respecting queues (often too long), very stressed staff serving the food literally screaming to people, not even giving time to look at the food sometimes. The idea of an "assisted buffé" was maybe good on the paper but quite bad on its implementation. Even though everyone was wearing a mask, very little has been done to prevent gatherings at the restaurant. We were all vaccinated, luckily. The sensation is that the structure in general doesn't perform well when the amount of guests scales up. - The acoustics in the theater could definitely be better. Echoes at that volume made words difficult to get even to me that I'm Italian. It may probably depend on the position (we were sitting on the left-back area) - Double bed mattress was actually composed of 2 single mattresses. Quite uncomfortable. - Some of the staff had difficulties at understanding easy English

- The pool. Simply fantastic. Big, not too crowded and always clean. - Service personal at the restaurant has been always patient and very kind to us, in particular to my partner who is celiac. - Availability of big spaces for kids to play made a big difference for us! - Closeness to the beach - Extra services available and bookable directly at the hotel (boat excursions, car renting) - Not many pets around, plus point.

Breakfast food variety can be significantly improved. The park surrounding the hotel needs improvements as well in terms of maintenance. It is a quite good choice to stay in terms of accommodation, but i would not try it again simply because the beach area is not at the level of so many amazing beaches we have discovered around the Island.

Hotel located near the beach, with large park around with many plants, but also with a huge pool area. The large kids playground is also a nice addition. Wine and beer is included in the price on the all-inclusive menu.

That half of the services weren’t available during our stay. For a property of this size to not have a Porter to assist with luggage, for there to be no food available during the day, no pool bar open, no working phone in the room to be able to call Reception and intermittent wi-fi (if at all!) is just not acceptable. The dining room is noisy, cavernous space with clinical lighting and the buffet selection was truly average. Beware they also have a tricky ‘money card’ system where you put money onto a hotel card and tap that for services (not meals) - pool towels, drinks at the inside bar, beach lounges, etc. Meals you pay for separately, upfront at Reception and receive a card to hand to wait staff in the dining room! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️We found this out the hard way. Very limited English spoken at this hotel too.

When we arrived the staff at the reception were very unfriendly. We immediately got the impression that because we had used Booking to make the reservation, that this was negative in this place. We then (in our opinion) were given the worst possible room in the entire hotel. We had to pay extra for the club and even the beach towels cost per day. The hotel is just massively big. They have busloads of people arriving (tour groups). The walk to the room is literally more than 500 meters (pushing your heavy luggage) The staff give you a map of the hotel. There is very little shade to park your car. The car park is an empty field. In the heat of the sun. The absolute horror for us was the dining room and the food. AWFUL The dining room is HUGE full of screaming kids and crowds of people. We could not get over the noise level and the greedy PIRANHAS surrounding us. People fill up their plates with enormous amount food. The food waste in this hotel must be enormous. Pool is lovely and big, however there is NO shade, especially around the children's pool. The large pool has 2 entrances only on one side. On the other side it is difficult to get out of the water on the pool edge. Speaking English here is a problem. The staff do not speak any english. We were so unhappy we decided to leave early. They have made no attempt to refund us. Lodged a complaint with booking.com

Location is fabulous, right next to the beach. The beach is lovely to swim. The pool is big and clean Bedroom is spacious and comfortable.

The architecture of the hotel is quite strange. First, you can't drive up to the entrance. You have to carry luggage from the parking lot. And climb stairs or take a ramp. Second, you can't access the restaurant without going OUTSIDE. Ok in the sun but we had rain several days and got wet just going to breakfast. Third, breakfast was terrible. Like something from a Hotel 6. Fourth, despite paying a DAILY USE fee for access to pool and beach (what?), we also were told we had to PAY for towels at the pool and beach. And pay a deposit for the cash card (required) and for an umbrella. This is nickel and dime ridiculous. Why do you pay for a room at this place and then be charged for everything on the property? No thanks. We will not return. Oh, and finally, access to the beach is LOCKED before 7:30AM so no sunrise pictures unless you want to walk out to the road and take the public pathway.

the hotel is definitely not a 4star hotel: breakfast is really simple and chaotic, rooms and children playing are really old and needs renovation, beach towers are not included, no shower gel/ shampoo refill, only 2 ac units for 4beds, no reading lights for the extra beds, staff inexperienced and speak limited English
