The bellboy/porter could have been more helpful. He saw us coming out of the taxi with 6 luggages and he just stared at us. After checking in, he offered to help, which we said no need, as we find it unprofessional to ignore us when we arrived.

Luxury boutique hotel in Milan! Love the style and artsy interiors. The room was huge with a living room. Has everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer.

It took a while to get the TV to work. I was hoping to have large windows. Instead, there were high on the walls and half size. Made me feel as though the room was in a basement.

I particularly like the bed size, the comfort of the mattress, the bathroom and the sleepers. I appreciate the complementary water and coffee service - even though I did not have the pleasure to drink it. I checked in late and had an early check out.

Great location- Milano Centrale is just about 7 minutes away + not far from the historic center (Duomo di Milano) is less than 30min away (on foot). There are many lovely restaurants within 5-10min walking distance of the hotel. Very nice interior design: my mum was particularly found of pop-art style paintings in the lobby and the bar. Good breakfast selection and, of course, good coffee. The room was very clean and spacious, it was great to have a separate room as closet. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, so we hope to visit this wonderful hotel again!

The location is relatively convenient between train station and city centre and still remains calm, though it is not mega appealing (no buildings of character around) the staff was super helpful, great breakfast. The deco is a bit odd and not exactly my taste but when sleeping you do not see it…

The lounge area is stunning with beautiful art pieces everywhere. The rooms are really spacious. The breakfast is amazing, it feels like a home made one. And more importantly the staff is extremely kind and helpful.❤️🤣

I would have liked to be able to adjust the temperature in my room as it was too hot but it seemed to be centrally controlled.

The breakfast was average. The hot foods were all cold. I sent mine to be heated but .. variety was very limited. Cold breakfast dishes okay. Coffee facilities in our room. Bar etc was good. They took our bags to our room which was great as we were tired.

It was some disturbing sound from terrace all night long. I didn’t understand what it was: a reconstruction or some generator or motor. And another one: when we arrived the air in lobby was very heavy. Also it’s a small boutique hotel, for those who like to feel involved in life you will feel yourself a little bit isolated. But for someone it can be a big plus. But anyway the hotel left very good impression. I think it’s one of the best in Milan.

Very stylish design, the room was specious, extremely comfortable. Each small detail was thought through. Staff was also helpful. Breakfast amazing. And the staff serving it was extremely professional and welcoming.

Absolutely nothing!

Very well located near Piazza San Gioachinno, 5 minutes from Milano Centrale, in a quiet and safe zone. Breakfast is expensive but very very good, worth it. The decoration is exquisite and room #204 was very big with an additional sink outside the bathroom, 2 TVs and a sofa (and a closet!). Good umbrellas are provided for rainy days!

Little imperfections in the room: like shower drain cover was not fixed and would jump out, so I had to fix it in place, there was some water leaking from the minibar fridge when we checked in. All of that are minor and fixable issues but anyway not something you’d expect to see in a 5* hotel. It was my second stay at this hotel and on the first stay 1.5 years ago everything was perfect.

Nice vibe, very friendly and helpful staff, good location- easy stroll to the center and close to the Central Railway station if needed to travel. Spacious bathroom.
