No where to go even for dinner. Only their restaurant. Very old facility but clean.

Key words. Remote and rustic. Breakfast was good. No phone in room so had to walk to front lobby to request anything. Grace was awesome. So nice and informative. Close to port for our next day cruise.

Th staff was very understanding. We were hungry when we got there, but the restaurant was closed. They offered us snacks and an early dinner.

Though remembered fondly, it seems to not be as popular now. There is no visible signage to locate the the facility other than an old, barely visible, faded sign which is almost impossible to see at night The restaurant is good, but not great as it was once. Though breakfast is offered and available, one must wait for it to be set up. Perhaps due to few guests. I wish it would return to its former glory and fabulous menu.

This is the 4th time we have stayed here. The last time was several years ago. The location overlooks the city of Civitavecchia and the Port. Very quiet location. Booked at the last moment due to a change of plans driving from Florence. Having stayed previous, we knew the location. Very affordable

Location is remote from city. Taxi from train cost 50 euros!!

1. check out time at 10:30am is too early 2. We needed car service but only had 10 euro cash left, the guy at receiption insisted we had to pay cash 20 euro to driver and refused to help by changing small amount of euro or taking credit card.

The bed was as hard as a rock and the instant coffee in the room a bit of a shock.

The restaurant was very nice and my server accepted my lack of Italian very kindly. She chose my dinner dishes for me and they were great. The front desk staff were exceptional.

dinner menu in english would have made a huge difference. We were very confused as what to order. Waitress tried her best but was very limited with her english. The landscaping was in poor shape also.

The location is a bit remote, so without a car you are stuck. Not a bery big deal for us since we didn't need to be anywhere.

Beautiful views, very nice pool, nice staff. The restaurant was the best part of the experience. We needed to spend the night before we went on cruise the next and if we ever depart out of this port again, we would surely come back!

It was a bit difficult to find a taxi to get to the resort from the port due to the port taxi's not wanting to take your trip, but as long as you arrange with the hotel transport pickup you'll be fine. Just do it 48 hours ahead of when you need it.

Location was excellent with amazing views of the water and the surrounding mountains. The restaurant on the premises was AMAZING. Quality and taste of the food was beyond our expectations.

We arranged for hotel pick up and paid 30 euro,however they did not possess the proper tag to enter the port terminal thus after waiting two plus hours we had to take a local taxi, who would do it for 100 euros. Yes we were not happy on arrival to hotel but then we mellowed .

Very nice breakfast .staff very accommodating despite our lack of Italian vocabulary. Dinner was outstanding and the views and sunsets were outstanding

a bit remote - hard to find and for more than 1 night there was not much to do.

The restaurant and the room not very warm.

Clean comfortable room, we were stopping for the night to break our journey and it was an ideal location very near the motorway. Excellent dinner and breakfast good too. Friendly staff.

If you did it have a vehicle , far from restaurants and such.

We’re here to take a cruise. we could see the ships from the hotel and they charged a fair fee for the transport. pretty location, next to a farm and a beautiful view.

Fantastic family-run place in interesting location with great food. Very accommodating staff, went above and beyond to ensure a good stay.

Downside it is remote and you will pay huge money to go to the city center by taxi ( 50 to 70 euro 1 way for 10-15 minute drive); Uber doesn't go there, they accept and then cancel the ride. So you need your own car to do something around. Restaurant in the weekend is very busy and you need to have patience, however the views are amazing

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great and really GOOD food. We enjoyed our time prior to our cruise and it it is a great place to stay a day before the cruise. If you are around you should definitely visit the restaurant, visited by a lot of local people.
