Excellent location and staff; parking is difficult in Siracusa, but the staff at the desk went out of her way to secure a parking space for us. Jacuzzi experience was superb. Breakfast was excellent

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for our visit. Breakfast seemed a little lacking as there appeared to be only one of every item but maybe we were the latest guests and had missed everything. It's a shame not to have a proper bar operating, I don't know if it was because the restaurant was closed but the drinks we ordered were served in the lobby which felt a little strange, a dedicated bar with maybe some lite bites if the restaurant was shut would have encouraged us to stay longer.

Very clean and stylish centrally located boutique hotel. We really liked the decor with the various artwork around the building. Good rooftop terrace although not open for our visit The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and we were given an upgrade to a duplex suite which was a great room, very spacious with dual aspect balconies.The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet although we were in a central location for bars and restaurants.

Gluten free selection at breakfast was not great and a lot of food was gone early! However, staff made a good job in providing options. The valet parking at €30 seemed excessive, expecially that there were more kilometres on my counter when the car was brought back then I thought there should have been. However, staff do make you aware of the charge before you pick the option, but unless you get lucky with parking it is the only option to choose in the area!

It’s hard to find any fault with this hotel

The location is nice , in the city but convenient to walk to Ortega or to the train or bus stations The staff was wonderful the front desk was so helpful, the breakfast manager was friendly, and the full time cleaning staff was always cleaning.

We were lucky to get a parking space but never moved our car for fear we’d never get another parking space. It would be nice if they included a breakfast in the rate.

Caportigia Hotel was exceptional!!! We loved everything, the staff, the hotel design and especially the vast options at the buffet breakfast...they had it all! The staff were there to help us with all our questions and a special shout out to Andrea the manager at the restaurant. He was there to please bringing us multiple capuccinos in the morning as well as anything we desired!!!

The ventilation system in the bathroom didn't work. The shower head that wasn't fixed also didn't work. It's not a big deal, but it would have been better if we'd been told at check-in. We received a room on the first floor, and we could hear the noise from the reception or the streets. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend that you bring earplugs.

Close enough to walk from the Siracusa station. The room was clean and neat. The staffs were super kind.

Rooms are not soundproof. One can clearly hear how the guests next door unlock it and enter their room - first night I thought someone entered our room in the middle of the night. :)
