Suite 4 has a remarkable balcony overlooking the square and almost within touching distance of the cathedral. It was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had.

I didn't like the fact that I only stayed one night. I wish I was able to stay 3 or 4 nights.

Our suite was phenomenal, we couldn't believe the size of the suite. The location was as good as it gets our balcony was amazing.

I liked everything about it.

A beautiful apartment (we stayed in apartment 4 (also called 104)). This one has a terrace and it provides magnificent views - must be the best in Venice. The apartment is tastefully decorated and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and brought to the apartment each morning which is such a treat. To eat breakfast and look at San Marco square is heavenly. The staff were amazing. They were so kind, helpful and friendly.

People Complaining on this site and leaving a poor review about finding the front desk, not the property's fault. They called me when they were worried about us finding it, and very helpful for us. Added a picture for reference so guests can find it easier instead of bashing their review

We absolutely loved our stay here! Our breakfast was INCREDIBLE, very generous portions! Our views were the most beautiful, especially at night during Christmas. We would go back in a heartbeat.

The beds were rather hard for our liking, but that's personal preference.

This was a gorgeous suite with a direct view of St. Mark's Square and cathedral. Check-in was easy and fast. Location could not be better--right at the start of a long series of shopping streets and alleys with multiple restaurants. Felt very safe and we loved being able to throw open our shutters and watch the tourists on St. Mark's Square. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, and the breakfast in our room was fantastic.

My fifth time in Venice. Stayed in the Gritti Suite with the lovely view of St Mark´s square. We were a family party two adults and two teenagers and our room had a large bed and our children had single beds. Room facilities very good. Breakfast was served every day in the room with more than you can eat. Housekeeping was immaculate (thank you Mary). Wi-fi was good. Jan and Lucas at the front desk were awesome. Good eating options nearby (1000 Gourmet, La Piazza) as well as local supermarkets. Took the water-taxi from the Airport which is a great option as it only takes 30min. We were lucky with the weather (no rain). Only had a bit of acqua alta for a small section of St Mark´s square for one day in the morning. Tip: check the tides ahead of your stay (info available online) to make sure you are not arriving when there is a high tide as you might have to drag your luggage across wooden platforms.

I couldn’t find any faults

Outstanding service, they couldn’t do enough for you. Spotlessly clean. We had an issue night 1 with the hot water due to water works ongoing in the square. Fixed quick enough. Again the staff couldn’t do enough, I would 100% stay here again and couldn’t recommend it enough. From the reception staff to the cleaning staff, simply an amazing service throughout. Pretty easy to find irrelevant of the comments that’s it’s not, clearly walking blind!

Tell clients that the church bells ring every hour and again 15 minutes after the hour. We didn’t have adequate pillows. Bed could use upgrade.

The apartment was so large and beautiful with all the amenities you could need plus more. The service was excellent and the view and location was truly amazing as was the breakfast! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing, balcony overlooked San Marco square , we had an apartment which was great. Chill time was people watching and listening to fabulous music all from our balcony . Breakfast served in our room every morning. Only order one potion of everything as enough for two

One of THE BEST hotels I have ever stayed!!! the view all over St Marcs Square was breathtaking, so close to everything, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was full. The room was so spacious and complete with everything. We also had a trip to Murano included, which sadly we couldn't go to, due to our busy schedule to explore the city. We loved everything and we can't wait to be back!
