Yes, the area around the train station is rough but you would never know from inside the building and we didn't have any problems while we were out at night. I really did not like the additional online check in process, I didn't like having to send my information through a fourth party. It gave me anxiety thinking I wouldn't be able to get in using the online door locks but actually they worked alright, it was all just totally overcomplicated.

The room is really close to the train station and the stop for the Alibus to the airport. The lady who was there to greet us in the morning was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a simple continental spread with some lovely proper Italian cakes. The bed was comfy, room was simple and not cluttered, shower was good. The room was also surprisingly quiet at night even with the window open. Good place for an overnighter.

The area around Brighters Room is very seedy and doesn't feel safe.

Basic Italian cold breakfast: cereal, sweet pastry etc - no juice, cheese, meat, eggs. Coffee machine quite noisy - echoes (as do conversations) in the high ceiling breakfast room so it could disturb guests. Shower head and very loose swivel holder worn out - need replacing. Small room fridge runs alot and is a bit noisy for sleeping (we unplugged at night).

Wonderful morning host. Novel phone app to easily access building, entry and room doors. Single flight of stairs. Huge comfortable bed, windows, shower, high ceiling bedroom. Huge shared kitchen area. Automatic coffee bean grinder + maker (beans included). 3 tables with chairs.

The mattress was a lovers mattress, good for couples who like to sleep very close as this was the only option, in a rather good size bed. AKA the mattress had a big "hole" in the middle, making it impossible to utilise the whole bed :)

The room itself was light and a very decent size. Very clean, smelled nice and fresh. Bizar light system but ok, disco lights on the bath was a curious thing. Friendly staff.

The only difficulty for us was self check-in, it was really the problem, because we have no internet and no sim card when we arrived. The staff was not there and people who were living in next room help us to check-in and open the door. After that everything went smooth, we have an excellent stay in this guesthouse.

location is great, the room is extremely clean, towels and everything you need. We joked that this apartment is the only clean place in Naples.

Dirt under the shower, I know it is tough to keep it extra clean but that dirt was just unpleasant.

Host was super friendly, kitchen was beautiful and breakfast included with good coffee, room looks exactly like on pictures, change of towels and cleaning service even in 2 nights stay that is very surprising, automatic opening doors gives you full autonomy do not have to even carry keys with you.

The street where the apartment is located doesn't look very safe, expecially at night time. The breakfast is very minimal, there are just cereals, milk, jam and snacks, already packed. It would be appreciated more variety of food

The bathroom could be cleaned a bit more. There was a bit of a mild in the corners, not too bad but doesn’t look nice.

Amazing place to stay at in Naples! The private fuzzy and sauna were amazing relax after a day in the city. Breakfast was very simple and sweet, but good. The lady that works there was super nice too! A plus is that it’s close to the train station and metro.

The room did not feel that clean when we arrived, and in general you are getting the feeling that it is an old room (some broken pieces here and there, not deal-breaking or anything but still worth mentioning I think).

The location is very convenient since the room is 5 minutes from the station (Garibaldi) from where you can get the trains for Pompeii, Sorrento etc. The room is comfortable and the stay there is very enjoyable. The staff is very polite and the lady that was serving breakfast was very friendly even though she didn't speak English

it was difficult to understand how we should get inside, the online unlocking platform did not unlock our doors, but it was good that a lady, who helps to run there bnb was there. She did not speak English though, so it is good my boyfriend is Italian and solved all the problems.

Location is both good and bad - close to the railway station and bus stop to get to the Airport, but super dirty and unsafe. We stayed at Airbnb and did not go out for the dinner. In general our room was clean and has everything you need for a shirt stay.

Very complicated and time consuming check in procedure all done online. Immense problems accessing the room as the WiFi went down and it's essential to have a connection to be able to unlock the door. The street the apartment on is shockingly grubby, dirty and when I arrived at night quite threatening.

Everything was fine, hair dryer, towels are included, you have to do self check in which was very comfortable, maybe neighborhood was not…. good, quite suspicious, because it’s near the main train/ bus station, but except that everything was good

- it was very complicated to open the room’s door. After half an hour, several messages with the owner, a different code and the exact instructions we could enter the room. Our neighbors in the apartment told us that they had the same problem. For some replies by the owner we had to wait quite a long time (some messages I had to even send twice to receive an answer) and the number on booking.com was not reachable - as everyone else has mentioned, the breakfast is not really worth mentioning, only some packaged sweets, cafe and tea

we didn’t understand how to open the house, and we lost almost a half hour to understand, in the indications wasn’t very clear.

Toilet wasnt very clean.

Big and bright room. Locals who live in the building were very helpful and friendly. Location was good, near main station but on the other hand location is the main reason i would not stay in this location anymore as there were a lot of immigrants in surrounding streets that made us feel unsafe.

only small issue we had was the shower … tricky to regulate the temperature and it leaked water , the host was very quick to act when we had no hot water … the problem was fixed in a few hours … shame as the bathroom is beautiful and looks like it was recently renovated breakfast could also do with some more choice … cookies pastries and cereal gets old quick fruits and yogurt etc would make a difference

the property was very very well located… 10 mins to the main station … the room and whole property are beautiful decorated inside … exceptional clean and smelled very fresh at all times , it was super quiet … the host was very friendly and helpful at all times … if ever back in Naples we would definitely consider staying again
