Wow! What an amazing hotel! The rooms are beautiful and the location is excellent. The staff are superb and you could not wish to meet nicer people. They are so helpful and informative. The instructions we got as to how to find the hotel were really good and they helped make our check in faultless. They gave us some really good tips as to where to go, what to do and where to eat. The restaurants they advised us to go to were superb.

The property was in a great location on one of the canals. We were upgraded for free to a very large canal view room. Our host was fantastic and gave us tons of information on places to see, restaurants and things to do. We felt very welcomed.

I got a lots of experience with travelling around the world,but only in Venice I found this cozy place in the hotel Sotoportego where they welcome us with all love and respect! Fantastic staff,very friendly and with a lots local secrets to share with you about where to go,what it’s the best to see,and of course they told me where to find best places for food and drinks! Huge thank you for this very informative navigation 🙏 About room it’s like royal one…perfectly clean,stylish and lovely! Compliment with Prosecco,coffee,tea and water it’s very nice! Thank you! Amazing location, great value! Tiziano was so helpful and he has so much incredible information about where to go, what to do, how to get there, where to eat and drink, and he made our stay so pleasant! Coffee, Prosecco and biscuits were so thoughtful! We chose this hotel specifically because we wanted a room on one of the smaller canals. We had to get two rooms because we are a family of 3 and the triple rooms were booked. We had rooms 1 & 2 and It was so incredible to be able to look out your window (rm 1) or balcony (rm 2) and watch all the activity going on. we loved it! It was perfect! There was a little noise at night from the regular traffic and early morning boats along the canal, but that was part of the experience and we understood that. But if you’re very sensitive to noise you may want to request one of the rooms not facing the canals.

The soundproofing was bad from the apartments above, this can't be helped due to the age of the hotel but you could hear children running around and furniture being moved.

Lovely stay at this hotel, the room had great radiators which were needed after getting soaked walking around Venice during the rainy season. The room was a great size and we had a private bathroom which was a bonus. Shower was lovely and warm and tea and coffee was provided in the room.

Tiziano is super friendly and thoughtful. He offered a room upgrade and gave us the bigger room without surcharges since the bigger room was available that day. Everything in the room is perfect and we had a canal view as well.

One of the best hotels ever. The location is great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us do check-in at night and gave us all the indications. With their help, the hotel was very easy to find. The view over the canal is great. Also, the room was very, very clean. We loved everything! Please don’t change nothing😅 I would stay there again anytime!

The hotel was amazing. Titiano was incredibly helpful and welcoming and provided amazing recommendations. The hotel is so charming, the rooms are spacious and the location is prime. We opted for a canal view and absolutely adored it. My partner and I would 100% stay here again. Titiano truly made a world of difference.
