Extremely friendly host. Greeted us with a smile and was very accommodating for everything we needed. The pool was nice and very clean thanks to a cute robot. The area is gorgeous and the restaurant recommended by the host was exceptional. Our room was huge, with everything we needed. This was the best location we stayed at on our trip and in retrospect, we regretted not booking a longer stay. We will definitely be back in the future.

Beautiful and quiet localization in the middle of Tuscan nature. The view of the morning sun casting rays on the neighboring fields and hills : priceless . The country style of the house and yard was exactly as on pictures . I was pleasantly surprised by the daily change of linen and towels - better than 4 star hotels. Breakfast was OK (simple and light) . The host ( Stefania ) was extremely helpful , kind and smiling throughout all our stay. We are planning a road trip in the future and Borgo Vera will definitely be one of the stops for few days.

Very beautiful house in the middle of the nature, close to Manciano and Therme di Saturnia, which we highly recommend visiting. Very clean, comfortable and big rooms. Perfect for a quiet vacation. Stefania is also very nice and always there to help or give an advice. She booked for us some super delicious trattorias. Grazie mille!

the place is beautiful and so quite, everything is green around- feels like you just wanna stay there forever. the room is great and comfortable. the host is so nice and kind. she helped us with a reservation to a great local restaurant, she was always available. honestly, when we imagined Tuscan, that was the place we thought of.

We very much disliked that breakfast was served in disposable plastic containers, so much so that we did not have it again after the first morning.

Beautiful setting and pool. The room was very spacious and the sofa bed turns into two single beds which our daughters loved.

what a beautiful and relaxed place in the middle of gorgeous landscapes of Tuscany... cozy room in borgo style with sweet oriental details, breakfast served in the yard, private pool to chill at...what else you need... Molto Grazie to Stefania for welcome hospitality and personal thanks from Victoria for the fig tree (she couldn't pass by this tree without picking the fruits up 😜) highly recommended for people who like quiet and peaceful staying with amazing views, just only you and cicadas😊 we would definitely come back

The road towards the property was full with holes be carefull if you have a " low" car , it was impossible to find an open restaurant in the area of 45 min driving ( maybe only on monday?) to eat something before 19.30 , so make sure you have some food with you. If you are afraid of bees i would not recomand it ;)

Pool was nice with a beautifull view, the host, Vera ,was very friendly and helpfull. Close to the famous Terme di saturnia if you have a car.( 25 min), good value for the price and if you like nature.

Stefania, the host, is lovely! (as well as a talented artist). She went out of her way to provide a delicious breakfast box as I was leaving early. A tranquil & beautiful place to stop over while hiking the 'Coast 2 Coast' route.

Borgo Vera was a fabulous surprise! Everything is perfect if you love being immersed in nature, enjoying extreme relax and cozyness while having a genuine experience. Every corner is heartfully tended keeping a bit of wilderness so to nurture nature and biodiversity which appears in all its colours and sounds. Stefania was amazing and make us feel at home! Dogs are allowed at Borgo Vera (which is amazing), and pitigliano room even have a small enclosed outdoor space which is perfect. Further, the entire strucutre is well fenced, no other dogs or animals are present, just a couple of very smart cats =)

The check out is quite early at 10:30

The place was rather far and the road quite difficult but it was easy to reach by a motorbike. Taken an account that the roads as basic country roads when arriving by car. We loved the place, si peaceful and beautiful. A great quality for the price. We arrived late but we were able to find the late check in box outside of the reception which was really practical. Will definitely repeat.

This B&B is very well taken care of. It is a bit further away from main roads, so you really step in a little relaxing landfield with a nice pool and a lot of space to feel disconnected from everything. The rooms are arranged beautifully and are cleaned everyday by room service. The breakfast was sufficient. Travelled by car, there can be many spots in maremma visited in approximately 20-60 minutes. For everyone who wants to do a calm, relaxing vacation with some daily explorations in maremma, we would overall recommend B&B Borgo Vera !

We didn't have hot water for half of our stay and also were not given an answer as to why this was (our guess was that the boiler was used up by other guests). Also, the (optional) breakfast was served with disposable cutlery and dishes, although real cutlery and dishes would greatly increase the value and would also be much more sustainable.

The property is beautifully located and they've made an effort to make the whole place cosy and charming. The silence there is amazing. Also, the communication with them was great and the room was what we expected.

The room comfort

The staff coming after us for the city tax to be collected after we were long gone from the city. The tax should be collected right at time of arrival and not to be expected us to remember to keep it in the room before going. Guests forget ! Remember

Nice clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable bed. Clean and stylish. 10 mins driving distance from Manciano. Around 30 mins drive to the seaside and 20 mins to the Terms of Saturnia, which are absolutely awesome. Nice and friendly staff. Very relaxing experience

Nothing the resort could do anything about, but the weather was a bit cold and windy. I'll definitely have to come back because even with the gloomy clouds it was still such a lovely and peaceful place to be.

Where to start! The staff are absolutely wonderful, the room was so cosy and well decorated, simple yet chic, the whole property is so well kept with luscious flowers and trees. There's cute little nooks everywhere to sit and have a drink or read. The pool was outstanding as well! Honestly worth every cent. I cannot wait to come back. The only thing this place is missing for me to stay forever is an in-house chef and maybe one or two horses hahaha
