Some rooms had a terrace or outdoor seating area, which would have been lovely. We were also looking forward to the pool being open for the kids, which is a facility that made us choose this accommodation over others. Unfortunately, it was still under restoration.

The staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. It was a great location being very close to Siena city, a supermarket, yet feeling like you were in the country with the lovely grounds and gardens. It has a great shower and beautiful soft towels. It was lovely and quiet.

It’s a beautiful location, very peaceful but so close to the centre of Siena. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms had a lovely Italian charm which made for a great nights sleep. We only stayed one night but wished we had spent longer.

Having to order in advance all the breakfast details by email links for 6 individuals is a little bit tricky, but the team is flexible enough to fulfill all extra wishes anyway!

Large estate situated at the bottom side of Siena, in walking distance to the railway and Flixbus stations, and also to the elevator stairs which bring you effortlessly up directly into the impressive downtown of Siena. Clean rooms, good breakfast, antipasti & drinks, a large pool and lots of olive gardens around the houses.

Fantastic place to stay in Siena! The rooms were lovely and charming, and the staff were very helpful and service minded! :) They had a cocktail party with nice drinks and buffet that we didn't know about when booking, so that was a very nice surprise 😄 The breakfast was very nice as well with fresh fruits and big croissants! We were a bit worried about the noise from the nearby train station, but it was not a problem even though we had the room facing the station. So if you are looking for a charming place to stay, this is the place!

The location is not central, but walking 10 min and using public elevators (15 min in total) one gets to the edge of the old city. The air in the room is extremely dry… The breakfast is good, but unusually complicated: one needs to order the day before exactly what one wishes to eat. A normal buffet would be nicer. Temperature of the shower could be more stable.

I expected the room to have 2 toilets as advertised but only got 1, which was tight for 4 adults in morning rush.

The heat stayed on so the room was hot when we would return but opening a window was easy. We were fine as we love to walk but it is a bit tricky to walk up to Siena.

We loved our stay. The parking was perfect for our itinerary and being near the supermarket was nice. The staff were really helpful with making reservations and making suggestions. Laundry access was also a plus. The apartment met all of our needs.

The hotel is located in a Nice and quiet area ( 30 min+/-) walking from Siena city center. There is a really good Supermarket very close to the hotel and the kitchen is Fully equiped. The apartment was very clean and comfortable as well. Real value for money.

There was nothing we didnt like. We did get 2 coffee capsules for the espresso machine upon arrival. I would have liked to have few more, but you can probably just ask at the reception.

Everything was great, staff is very pleasant and helpful. Kitchen is well equipped, there is everything you might need. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is very nice and clean. Size of the apartment is great, living room and kitchen are at the ground floor and upstairs there are a bedroom and a bathroom. Location is very good also, 6-7 minutes by car from the center of Siena. WiFi was working great. It is nice and quiet both during the day and night. There is a good supermarket only 1-2 minutes by car. All in all great place to relax and enjoy, being very close to Siena center.

As for location, you can't simply park your car and visit the old town by a walk, because it's too far. But that's not a real problem. Also wifi strength wasn't very good in our room, but we didn't need it much.

Perfect value for money! The hosts are very kind and generous. We had an option with a breakfast included. It was the first time we had to choose from the breakfast menu in advance and we chose a lot :D Just because we like to mix sweet and salty meals. There wasn't any complaint from staff and we received more than we expected and it was really tasty. The property has everything you need for short stays. Just to mention a few which are not very common: kettle and teas, shampoo, sewing and vanity kit, ... As for location, you're pretty close to the train station, but we weren't bothered by the noise, so you don't have to worry about it.
