Nothing to dislike. Just to mention that the room was basic and not too large. But it fulfilled our needs for an overnight stay.

The communication with the owner was easy without problems, although it was from distance, we didn΄t meet. We arrived and had to call to find the location of the keys and our room was ready with information. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. Free parking place was provided in the courtyard of the property. The typical Italian breakfast is served out in the shared terrace with very tasty homemade pastries. We met the hosts in the morning who were very charming and welcoming. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We knew that the place was a little outside of Noto but we thought that we could have a 20min walk in down a path according to Google maps - this was not possible and we did have to drive into the city which was fine as there was parking (in July) but we were told that it can be very crowded in August.

We arrived and had to call to find the location of the keys for the B&B and our room was ready with information. The breakfast is out on the terrace and was homemade cakes and fruit, as well as a traditional Sicilian type of sandwich with cheese, tomatoes and olives.

Location : we were not able to reach the city or a supermarket by foot (one path ended up being an unbreachable jungle, the other was a busy road with no sidewalk).

Beautiful terrace, easy on-site parking. The breakfast was definitely a highlight of our trip in Sicily : it was the best breakfast served though "breakfast included" rooms, fresh olives, coffee and tea served at breakfast and good vibes.

Not much, really. The fridge in the room smelled bad, as well as one of the single beds, where we put our kid to sleep, but he managed it.

The people are amazing and their attitude is second to none. It was pretty clean and tidy. We were in the Grey Room. The furniture was new. The bathroom was perfect and big. The view from the big shared terrace is sweet. The parking is a rare commodity in Noto, and this property's guests enjoy a free private one. However, the people that took care of us were the ones that would bring us back to visit once again, if we had the chance.

We had a wonderfull stay at Giulio's! Giulio is very kind and helpfull and they offer an amazing breakfast, with homemade granita!

The place is absolutely fabulous, very well located just 5 min by car from the city center. It has private parking. Giulio, a sweet old man, greeted us in te morning with a spectacular breakfast full of homemade products, some of them grown by him. I’d totally recommend

The bedding was full of human hair, very noisy from the other rooms (old pipes, thin walls), no hypoallergic bedding, poor coffee quality. I also booked other room, due to double booking I got another, much smaller but host offered free breakfast instead

The room was really small but it was comfortable.

We were surprised by the hospitality of the locals. They were absolutely amazed. The surroundings were calm and pleasant nature within reach.

Although we understand we stayed there during an extreme heatwave, the cold water in she shower was still very hot. The apartment is located outside the town and you need a car to get there. The wifi was ok but a bit slow.

The Owner gave us great tips for our further trip. The location is not far from the main road, but still quiet. The rooms are large and spacious and you have everything you need. There is also a large communal kitchen with a huge fridge and freezer. Thanks again to the owner.
