The walls are really thin, so you can tell when your neighbours are showering, using the toilet and even when their alarm clock is ringing. Luckily everyone more or less has the same schedule, so for us this was not disturbing.

We booked the room with sea view. Just amazing. The setting is so peaceful and beautiful. Had a great welcome with useful info about San Teodoro and the best beaches in the area - all within 30 min driving at max. Our room was very comfortable (great bed, clothing closet, private balcony, bathroom with good facilities) which was cleaned every day. Breakfast was fantastic as well with lovely service from the owners. We would totally recommend!

The room felt small, probably because of the extra bed that we didn’t need. The pool could be cleaned more frequently because sadly bees kept drowning in it. But these are just minor issues that didn’t really bother us.

Amazing atmosphere. The hotel is in a very quiet place. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The lady even prepared us sandwiches for our early departure. The garden and the pool makes you feel like you’re in the nature. Overall a very relaxing place, would definitely come back again.

The price point is on the higher end for the area, but you get great value for your money!

We loved everything about this place. The staff is welcoming, kind, and proactive. The apartments are situated in a quiet area. The showers are super modern, the rooms are clean. Francy makes great breakfast!

Such a beautiful building in a gorgeous setting with stunning views. The owners really take care their plot of land, it is perfect.

We did not realise it would be so far from the town and facilities for eating out, but that was probably our fault.

Lovely location and very helpful staff. Marco even gave us lifts to and from the town as we did not have a car. Breakfast was extremely good, great variety and well presented.

Perhaps wifi could be better in the room, but on the other hand- why not use the opportunity to just be without it.

Beautiful countryside location with seaviews, lovely pool area, just a,short drive from many stunning beaches. We had our self catered dinners on the balcony overlooking the sea, accompanied by the sound of goat bells.

Insanely gorgeous and peaceful space. The pictures don't do it justice. Only seven rooms and the hosts were phenomenally nice (shout out to Marco and his wonderful English!!) - and the farm dog Chanel is the sweetest thing ever. The pool is LOVELY and the rooms are VERY spacious and modern. Gorgeous view down the valley to San Teodoro and of Tavolara island. Really nice breakfast spread with homemade pastries and Marco even whipped up some delicious eggs (which is hard to find in Italian breakfasts!!). Absolutely can't sing higher praise and can't wait to go back. :)

We had an amazing stay at Domus Francy - the views of the valley and sea are stunning, the owners were friendly and helpful with suggestions, the breakfasts were delicious (including freshly baked tarts and local delicacies) and there were even goat bells tinkling in the background. The rooms were comfy and they had thought of nice touches like flip flops and beach towels. We’d go back.
