The location was perfectly situated to be able to walk to all our points of interests. The homemade daily breakfasts were delightful and delicious. Our host was very personable and welcoming. All together a great stay of which we would highly recommend for anyone to stay.

Mariella is the most amazing and welcoming host I have met in entire Italy. She makes you feel at home ; the room is super modern and clean ; location is perfect so close to the train station and couple of minutes walking to the center. The highlight of the stay is the breakfast variety done daily by Mariella that is super delicious. This is the place to stay when in Palermo.

B and B Palermo is ideally situated, a 7 minute walk from the trains station and 5 minutes from the Old Town. Almost ideally placed to avoid the noise at night. Mariella was the perfect host, the rooms were spotless and the breakfast wide ranging from your typical meats and cheese, to a wonderful selection of cakes, biscuits, jams etc all home and quite stupendous. Mariella is very engaging and a wonderful host who goes the extra mile. Great value would highly recommend. For Palermo the Cathedral and Botanical Gardens were my highlights.

Lovely comfortable and clean room in a quiet street, yet only a short walk from the train station. The property is close to the main attractions, which was good. Mariella was kind, helpful and made us feel very welcome. She gave us lots of recommendations for what to see. The breakfasts were amazing - Mariella is an excellent baker! We would recommend staying at Ballarooms B&B.

The location is tucked away on a quiet street but Palermo can be a lively city at night time.

The stay was exceptional, with immediate offers on arrival from Mariella of coffees and many tasty homemade pastries and biscuits. She made us feel right at home and took an interest in how each day went and helped us with advice on navigating through the various markets. Everywhere in Palermo was accessible by foot from the accommodation, and the airport shuttle from Palermo Centrale bus station was a 6 minute walk away. The breakfast contains a delicious range of Sicilian specialities many of which are homemade daily.

This place is amazing. The owner is wonderful. I told her that I was vegan and every morning she made me the most amazing vegan cakes and the last day she even left me some in my room. The area is excellent the rooms are great it is perfect ! I felt so welcome by such a caring and lovely owner

Mariella who greeted us when we arrived and hosted us for breakfast was wonderful. She gave us recommendations for what to see and what and where to eat to get a true taste of Palermo. Her breakfast in the morning was outstanding! The property is within walking distance from the train station, very close to the key attractions of the old city as well as the local markets.

Nothing, it was all fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay at Mariella’s BnB! She was so welcoming and gave us clear instructions about how to get the the BnB and left us home made cake after our long journey. The BnB and was very conveniently located near to the train station and within walking distance of all major tourist attractions. Breakfast was exceptional - a wide spread of home made treats, savoury snacks and delicious coffee. We would definitely recommend staying here in Palermo!
