We were greeted by young lad Philippe ( I believe Davide's son) . He kindly offered help with the luggage and showed us to our room. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Shower ( was warned by my wife that showers in Venice are not powerful enough) was great and it didn't disappoint. The biggest surprise was in the morning to get fantastic view from the window, breath-taking, can seat all day watching boats and gondola's passing by. Davide has been brilliant throughout the stay, prepared breakfast, provided useful information, and nothing was to much for him with my silly requests. Hotel itself is on the quiet street, so you wouldn't be awaken by busy crowds of tourist if you would like to have a lying, but only few minutes walk from the restaurants and market. 15 minutes walk to all main tourist attractions in Venice and good 25 minutes walk to the main train station. Overall Venice given amazing impression of friendly people, fantastic architecture, delicious food and wine. Can not wait to come back and thank you for having us.

- Very easy to get to the apartment by foot from the Venezia Santa Lucia train station or the bus station (a 20 minute walk through beautiful canals and tourist attractions). - Located next to a busy street with restaurants, cafes and a grocery store, but it's very quiet in the apartment itself. Amazing views of a small canal next to the building. - Perfect place for exploring the tourist attractions, as it's easy to get everywhere on foot. There is also the public boat stop in a 3 minutes walk. And you can easily get to the Rialto Market by crossing the canal on a public gondola. - The host was friendly and attentive.

Everything! Super friendly hosts, place close to the center, but in a really quite area. Breakfast is bit different from normal Italian ones. Hosts provide you with great coffee, crossiants, along with french toasts, salami, cheese and bread. 100% would book it again!

Bathroom shower could use a new door.

The location was easy to find using google maps. Breakfast was very good with great coffee. Our room was large with a spacious bathroom. Marco Polo airport easy to get to using water transportation that is close by.

Excellent location just a few minutes from Rialto and its busy neighborhood. Typical Venetian house, really calm with a large room, A/C (very important during the summer!), a great bathroom and very nice staff. Good breakfast as well.
