No free parking lot close to the place (need easy app for payment). Noisy (squeaking doors and high tone beeping).

The strategic position near the Center, and the easily park (in Palermo is not always easy to find a park). The room was clean and very comfortable.

The size of the room was not large but adequate. During the booking process we requested twin beds but on arrival found we had been allocated a double bed. We are two male friends travelling together so this felt awkward, but we were tired so just made the best of it. To avoid this in future when booking through Booking.com my advice would be is to contact the hotel directly and make sure they know what bed arrangements you want. Some paint was peeling off the walls, which, while it didn't affect our stay wasn't great to look at.

The neighbourhood this B&B is located in is very nice and it was quiet and felt safe at night when walking back to the room. The owner who met us was very nice. The room was clean. The price we paid was fair.

We did not face any inconvenience.

We spent one night in the room. We came to the room late and night and the host was kind enough to provide us all information. The place is close to Palermo Lolli train station which is a convinent way to get to the airport. Also there are good restaurants around this place.

The room Elena was clean and cleaned daily, but the bathroom was full with mold and this was really an uncomfortable aspect. If not this inconvenient, the stay would have been really great.

The B&B is in a good location and the room met my expectations. The AC worked well and there was also a small fridge inside the room, which was convenient. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Staff was very noisy early morning, just chatting (shouting) away. She was in the room next door shatting on phone, which was on a speaker as well. and was really loud I knocked on door to ask her to be not so loud as it was really disturbing. She was really rude and said: i work here as if that makes it acceptable.

The room was comfortable and there was a cleaning service every day. The location was ok. Contact with the hosts was good, they responded quickly. Overall, the quality-to-price ratio was good.

Big room with airco and a modern bathroom. Our room was cleaned everyday. Whole appartement was cosy and stylish. Maximum 5 minutes of walk to the bus to Mondello beach or the city center.

We couldn’t leave our luggage before check in so we had to walk around for hours in 32 degrees Celsius with to big luggages. Also no breakfast Otherwise very good!

The room was supposed to have “private” bathroom which you’d think it’s in your room. However the room is miles away from that bathroom, so not at all privacy there. The host was very rude, giving us a room which is next to construction, super noisy at night and in the morning. On top of that, very loudly playing music from the speaker next to our room. Weirdest and worst experience ever

Even though we arrived quite late, we were greeted very friendly and check-in was super smooth. The room is simple, but offers everything you need. There are Cafés and restaurants nearby. And the old elevator in the building is an attraction for itself! ;)

It is good quality for price, but should be mentioned that this is not a B&B. Breakfast is not offered even if you offer extra money. The location is very good. The host should try to learn English, communication is not easy but manageable overall.

The check-in hour is 16.00 which is really late, if you want to leave your bags before checking in you are asked to give 20 euros. The beds are ridiculously uncomfortable, woke up with neck and back pain at the middle of the night. Long distance to touristic areas, extremely noisy, woke up with some metallic clashing sounds really early I don’t know where that came from. The walls and the curtains were full of stains.
