We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CyprusIt is such a soulful place with the family-run squad making sure you are surrounded with care and thoughtfulness! The beautiful design, attention to details, cleanliness and most of all the warmth coming from the whole family! The breakfast was different to anything that you are used to: all local or made from the garden, vegan but elevating your taste by trying something new and exquisite! This b&b has character and soul! And you should see the owners’ dog! On the location: all ameneties, restaurants and most important the lift are a short walk away.

This was truly one of our favorite places we ever stayed! The b&b itself was cozy, beautiful and so welcoming and the family who runs it makes you feel immediately at home. It is so clear that there’s so much love and intention that goes into making this place so special. Rooms are cozy and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was also amazing; we couldn’t get enough of all the homemade treats. Can’t say enough good things about our experience here- next time we will have to come back for twice as long!

Immensely elegant with the finest soaps, linens, quality ingredients in their breakfast offerings. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, many with terraces… the perfect location, 5 minutes from the Water Park, 10 from the lifts, with the beginners ski area at 5he end of the driveway. Gaia, Marte, and the whole family were immensely kind and professional…it was an epic stay in Canazei.

FinlandWifi wasn't working properly, but that was noticed in our payment. And all in all, probably it is good to be offline sometimes.
The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is super, near to all of the restaurants and shops and very close to a ski lift. Room was cleaned every day and all of the other spaces were very tidy as well. There is a room for skies and boots and that was great. Breakfast was delicious. Hope to visit again some day.

Czech RepublicIt was one of the best winter holidays ever. The location of the house is amazing: there are a ski lift, many shops, children's entertainment, an aquapark, and amazing nature nearby. All days we felt at home. The house is fabulous. Very stylish and very pretty! Lots of designer details and very comfortable. We want to say a huge thank you to your entire family! See you in summer!

Everything was more than what I expected. Super location, good home made food and friendly staff and a small go away present was a bonus. Highly recommended. Very close to the gondola station, main center, restaurants and an amazing view of the dolomites every morning.

CroatiaUnfortunately, staying in this facility was a complete failure and disapointment. 1. arrival: To get to the reception we had to go through the kitchen, sureal and not hygienic at all, especially during the covid pandemic. 2. breakfast: In the breakfast room there is a table with tea, kettle, etc., but surprise: This is not for you! When I made tea, the owner/staff warned me that breakfast didn't work that way and that I shouldn't touch that table (it is obviously only put there for show and not to be consumed by paying customers). Advice: If you want that table not to be touched then you have to write it or clearly emphasize it to guests upon arrival 3. There was already some kind of donut on the table, which is very bad because according to the HACCP system food can be put on display for up to the max. of 2 hours in order to stay fresh and the food was already served on the table and in no way protected from external influences (insects, people passing by, etc). 4. The owner/staff told me that if I don't have enough time for "their" breakfast she won't even say what's for breakfast!? After we saw that breakfast is not standard (buffet, ham, cheese…) and that eggs and omelets are charged extra as “a la carte” the lady asked us if we checked before arrival on their website how does their breakfast function. I really thought it was not necessary because i booked a bed and breakfast (B&B) through Booking.com and not breakfast with bed. It's like you telling me I need to make sure there's a bed and toilette in the room. 5. There are soaps in the room that have already been used (dispenser), not packaged, new soaps, which is gross, especially in the Covid pandemic! At the end, we made a check-out one day earlier because we were really disappointed with the accommodation but especially with the service and attitude.
