If you're using Google maps to get to the place, you'll end up at a wrong building, on the other side of a crossroads (nr 21, not 23). Be sure to type the address manually and you should be all good. This problem was reported to the host and it might soon be resolved.

A nice room with a renewed bathroom - huge shower, hot water. Sufficient breakfast: typical Italian, cakes and toast, but the host offers a plate of ham and cheese if you'd like that. Coffee, tea, water available non stop. The balcony seen on the photos belongs to the dining area. Quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Bosa. Close to the sea, but the nearest beach is far from nice. If you've got a car, getting to more attractive beaches shouldn't be a problem. The host is friendly and helpful, seamless communication.

It is very close to the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious. The facilities are nice, they give you some discounts to the restaurants nearby. The owner let us checkin earlier, so that was a big + for us.

Antonio is a super friendly and helpful, very kind person, therefore it felt like home. He let us wash our clothes, which was "crucial" for our next trip 😀 The room was clean and the breakfast with homemade cake was. Highly recommend!

Extraordinary Host: friendly, helpful and easy going. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, the bathroom as well. There were hair dryier and cosmetics set available. Tasty breakfast: fresh cornettos, very good coffee, sweets and yoghurts. Thank you for hospitality!

The pillows way too hard but other than that everything was great.

Just right at the beach, very close to Bosa town centre. Antonio has been very nice and the communication was very smooth. The breakfast was quite diverse and very tasty.

The cleaing lady is not a nice person We were told that breakfast is anytime, we came at 10:10 to have breakfast, cleaning lady say no, it's 10:00 max. We ask if we could just have a coffee ( ice dellonghi automatic machine) NO. Day after came at 09:45.cleaning lady came at 0950 and switch off the coffee machine. We argue it is not 10:00, she should at us. Antonio the owner is a nice man, trying to develop is business. First night we had several mosquitoes, did not sleep well at all. When I ask if we can get a mosquito spray, the answer was there are meshes to the windows, yes thank you I know what is a mosquito. Main door is most of the time open, so mosquitoes enter in the stair case, and the cleaning lady leave the appartement door open, and bedroom open when cleaning. What do you think this mosquitoes will do? Pass by the windows? Nop

We only saw the owner once - at check-out, which takes away some personal touch. But for those who don't want unnecessary contact with the owner, this is a great option.

Due to the late arrival, our check in was at 00:10. This was not a problem for the owner, cause all instructions was send through WhatsApp video. The room has everything you need: 3 towels, bathroom necessities (even toothbrush), hairdryer (you can ask for an iron), comfortable bed, huge wardrobe and AC. Very good sun curtains/windows: the sun won't wake you up in the morning! Breakfast is classic for B&B in Sardinia: yoghurt, croissant, marmalade, ham/cheese and biscuits as well as drinks: water, packaged juices and coffee/tea. The breakfast area is in the kitchen area. Bosa is a lovely village to visit (it is a must), but the apartments are near the sea in a place called Bosa Marina, so you can get there either by car or by bus (we personally walked to the town on foot). Very convenient location of apartment in Bosa Marina: close to the restaurants and good local fruit/vegetable shop and beach just in 2 min by walking! All of our neighbors came for holidays by the sea, so we were quiet and after sunny days and walks - we got a very good night's sleep. I am delighted with the stay and will definitely be booking this accommodation next time.

The apartment is located quite far from the city center (about 30 mins walking). But it is close to marina :)

Despite the self-service breakfast, Antonio had fresh bread, cheese and ham available, making it and even better experience. We also enjoyed the welcome shot of the local spirits.

The host was super nice and you could see he is trying to meet your needs. The rooms was nice and clean near to the beach. The host gave us also the recommendation where can we eat the dinner with the 10% discount.

We loved this accommodation. Check in was easy with our host Antonio who explained everything to us and gave us a welcome espresso in the shared kitchen area, where breakfast was served. He gave us directions to the beach and restaurants and loaned us a beach umbrella.. There is great attention to detail in this contemporary, stylish room. The shower is the best I have seen in any hotel or B & B.
