Instead of a double bed, I got two single beds and I had to wait a while for the room because it was not cleaned, even though I reported the time of arrival. But it wasn't a problem at all:)

The bathroom was not properly cleaned (we had a piece of toilet paper in the toilet when we've arrived) - the shower had mold and the ceiling had a big stain (probably from an older leakage). The walls were very thin, we could hear every noise. Our room was on the 1st floor (614 - in case you want to avoid it, or if the owner wants to fix it).

The location is close to city center - you can easily take a walk 'till there. The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy.

It could be really noisy early in the morning since we could hear the cleaners and other guests going in and out of the apartment

The property was very close to the centre, no more than a 15 min walk there but it also had lots of restaurants, grocery stores and takeaways very close by. There was a shared kitchen next to our room which was really helpful. Room was a good, comfortable size. Replies were very quick on WhatsApp

You can have a problem if you arrive by car and there is no parking place available in the inside court. Near to the apartman there are some parking places for payment but this zone is very busy and it is hard to find a place. Inside the court the parking places are very small, if you have a big car it can be also a problem.

The apartman is very well positioned, in 10 minutes you can be in the city center by walk. The rooms very clean and simple but well equipped.

The bed was really uncomfortable, there was a hole in the mattress, but the worst part was the noise coming from the other people who rented in the place. The main door was especially noisy as everybody coming and leaving was slamming it really hard. I really recommend having the closing system changed, the place is really really nice and it's too bad to have the experience spoiled by other people not knowing how to gently close a door in the middle of the night.

Perfect location, walking distance from the city centre, close to busses and caffes, clean and nice room and facilities.

The only thing that could have made my stay better was soundproofing.

I enjoyed the location, which was close enough to everything I wanted to see that I didn't need to use public transport. I found Sandra helpful and considerate, and the artwork on the blue wall made the place friendly and inviting.

They didn’t change our towels and we spent there 3 nights. I think it is their responsibility to change towels at the second or third day. I saw the hostess only at once when I had to do my check in .. in the check out we just left the keys in the door and left. During our stay there if we had a problem we had to communicate with a colleague of her that he didn’t answer in our phone calls and he never called us back. I am not very pleased for that stay.

The couple you in charge of the apartment were very friendly and helpful throughout the visit. The apartment is recently renovated. The apartment was also very clean and bathroom did have good space. In the nearby there are lot of bus-stops to take you to central parts of Bologna. You can also find lot of good restaurants nearby and a foodstore is in 5 minutes walking distance.

The B&B was situated in a fantastic location on a residential area but within walking distance to the city center (around 15 to 20 min walking). The room was very clean and included great wifi and air conditioner. Sandra received us and checked us in all while being very professional and nice, offering us all the information needed even in the case we lost the key to the room. When we arrived at our bedroom we noticed the blinders weren't functioning but after reporting it to her, she quickly called a colleague to fix it and within an hour the problem was solved. Highly recommend this B&B for anyone staying in Bologna.
