Great central location - most of the Verona attractions a just a few minutes away on foot. For dining there are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés around the cornern. Also recommend the restaurant next door with traditional italian / veronese dishes.

Noise from the adjacent restaurant, apparently a long-known issue that though hasn't been addressed in years. Rooms are not soundproofed. Breakfast is overpriced (12 euro per person at the time of this review). The wi-fi connection is terrible, potentially the reason why our so-called 'smart TV' never worked. Furniture details and overall room finishes leave a lot to be desired: chair legs are in the way and a true hazard (we constantly tripped over them), just like lamps that are fixed to the wall right at the height where one can't avoid hitting them with one's head (we did); no coat hangers other than inside the wardrobe; bathroom pocket doors don't fully latch to the wall; no area exists in the bathroom even for laying down a small toiletry bag; nightstands come in a ridiculous, unusable shape; no way to have medium lighting in the room; key card readers have been installed on the wall at an angle where the key can't easily slide into and out of the reader, and the walls have been left unpainted after the readers were (recently?) installed; the windows have no mosquito nets in an area where mosquitoes proliferate all year long. All these issues are very evident and very easy to solve, and should have been avoided to begin with. Off topic: avoid the restaurant next door. It must have had a good run in decades past, but our experience was atrocious.

Location is great, quiet though relatively close to the center. Staff are professional and (mostly) welcoming. Rooms are spacious enough, at least for Verona. An electric kettle is provided. Breakfast is excellent–including coffee, which is very rare in Verona.

We booked a superior double room, which quite expensive, and for the price I would have expected at least some views - not just a view of the hotel infrastructure

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was only 5 minutes on foot from central Verona, so very conveniently located. The room facilities were excellent - including a state of the art shower room, a large sofa and plenty of space.

We were only there for one night so the room was perfect for a one night stay.

The location was what we were searching for and the hotel was located in a great spot for us which was to be close to the Arena. The room and bathroom was better than I expected.

Probably because of the opera festival the prices in August were high for a 3star hotel. But it was the best option in comparison to other properties.

The property was better than the photos. Our room was really big. The location was good- really near to the arena. The staff was friendly.
