Breakfast was really good and complete: it even had sparkling wine. We arrived by the Alilaguna and we departed via de Santa Lucia Station. We walked both ways with our luggage (2 big ones and one carry on, both of us with a backpack also) and we had no problem. There were some bridges, but one in each way. The one from the Alilaguna was a small one and the one to the metro station was a little bit bigger. We really enjoyed Venice.

It felt slightly like form over function. For example, mirrors only in places where you couldn’t reach with the hairdryer, or there being no water or glasses in the room. Things like that might sound boring but they can enhance a stay in what was otherwise a very nice hotel.

We are in an apartment for the last 2 nights which are entered separately to the main hotel. These are so far quite noisy. I can hear people walking around above me and as there are 3 other appartments there have been people coming and going with the door slamming. It is now 22.00pm.

We stayed in the suite for 1 night and an apartment for 2 nights. The suite was great, located. In the actual hotel, it was quiet, comfy bed, I couldn't figure out how to work the shower so had a bath. The breakfast was a buffet style spread including cakes, croissants, cereal, fruit, yoghurts. The only hot breakfast items were scrambled egg and bacon. The staff are attentive and very helpful. We tried to look at the gym but couldn't get in. The hotel is in a good location, with a Spar shop across the square.

Top floor has roof windows in some of the bedrooms which make it hard to sleep when raining hard. Shower cubicle was very small, difficult to move inside, yet bathroom was a decent size, could have made better use of the space and had a bigger shower easily.

Boutiquey, yet modern feel. Nice and open square location, breakfast included!

If only we had realized that the bar below our hotel room was open before the last night, we would have been there more often! It was lovely, as was the bartender.

We feel that we were very lucky with selecting this hotel. We have never been to Venice before and found the location, the facility, the service, and all of the benefits to be delightful.

The location is excellent, in a nice square and away from huge crowds. A very clean and stylish hotel with a nice courtyard as well. Best of all though, all of the staff were excellent and very warm and friendly.

The room was like the pictures, which is important. We got the room right away, it was clean, the bathroom was big and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and answered all the questions about the city and the facilities we had. I would recommend this establishment and would come back.

My room 310 was small with a very high window, after a while with two people showering and sleeping there it got very how with no air, in the winter lo the they turn off the air con. What was missing was a coffee machine in the room with maybe two capsules a day provided.

Great location in a safe area, 10 walk from train station, also with a supermarket right in front. Staff are very helpful and the structure is very clean and silent. The breakfast has a vast selection of cheeses cut meats fruit yoghurts cereal cakes pancakes bacon and eggs the list goes on! It has all of the comforts . The Hotel is brand new and the decor is quite original.
