Location and room.

Very well located, few minutes from San Marco sq and 5 minutes from Rialto. Staff amazingly kind and helpful. The room was lovely with a view to the street and the canal. It included bath robes and sleepers which is very helpful. Every single detailed was very carefully looked after. Fabulous restaurants around. We had a very pleasant stay.

The experience is perfect, the hotel is quiet and there is no disturbance, close to important sites, and the staff’s treatment is very sophisticated and professional. It is a truly beautiful experience

Really nothing at all Daily bin collection a bit noisy from 8am onwards….but this did not detract from the positives which far (FAR….) outweighed this minor niggle (which is only a problem if you wanted a lie in!). Consistent daily replenishments of toiletries and tissues plus tea and coffee would have been good. It was done on day one, but not the next (Not a major issue, but you’re paying a lot per night and would expect maybe two bottles water daily )

Location is absolutely perfect - right in the centre between San Marco and Rialto bridge, so everything is max 10-20 mins walk. Great arriving by water taxi - a must as they have their own canal entrance. Fabulous decor everywhere, so cosy and stylish and staff were very friendly.

Fantastic location in the heart of Venice. Located on a canal with its own private water dock which made it super easy for airport transfers by private water taxi, which the hotel arranged beforehand. 5 min walk to both Rialto Bridge and St Mark’s Square. We stayed in a canal suite which was spacious but rather noisy due to canal traffic so if you are a light sleeper then I would suggest a suite/room not overlooking the canal. Very comfy bed and good sized bathroom and powerful shower. All the staff were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble and they really made you feel welcome. Would stay here again if we return to Venice as it really was a great location with fantastic staff.

All was good, but overpriced, I would expect dur to the Biennale opening week. Otherwise a very nice hotel for couple of nights in Venice

Small selection for breakfast especially hot food. Would have liked an iron in the room at all times but it is available on request which was fine. A minor detail.

Very well decorated hotel with access to Gondala and water taxi just outside. Perfectly central, just a few minutes walk to Rialto Bridge and San Marco square. Comfortable beds and good amenities. Very friendly staff especially the young gentleman (did not get his name!) who showed us to our room and greeted us every day for breakfast.

AquaPalace is perfectly located in Venice. It’s a 5mn walk to St Mark’s square or to the Rialto. The accommodation is very good, the staff helpful and friendly and overall for Venice it’s a very good value for money option. It’s not a 5star venue but still elegant and with a lot of charm

Beautiful property right by a canal bridge. An intimate property with amazing breakfast spread, lovely atmosphere, really well appointed and designed Venetian room. We were lucky to have a private balcony overlooking rooftops and chimneys, you could hear the sea birds chirping! We were lucky to see the stars at night and made Venice even more magical. Service is great, breakfast is so good with a full spread of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, to cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, yogurt and delicious Italian cakes, breakfast, croissants. Highly recommend and amazing value in our opinion. Can’t wait to return!

Although very tasty, breakfast eggs and bacon could have been replenished quicker after running out. Had breakfast twice, first day eggs ran out and second day bacon ran out and no more were brought out even after asking. They may have been brought when we left but we couldn't wait any longer than we did. Just a small niggle really and perhaps a staffing issue. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, very close to everything. Decor throughout just gorgeous. Room was stunning. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel jetty perfect for catching a Gondola! Just picture perfect!

The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from main sights. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and plentiful coffee. The hotel is characterful, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff are always polite, pleasant and ready to help in any way. Would recommend.

No negatives on this hotel, just a word of warning to any would be travellers to Venice. Do not open your bedroom windows under any circumstances, even in Feb there were mosquitos!!

An understated hidden gem in a great location. Lovely bedrooms, breakfast room, reception area and a super little bar with a great barman.
