Most would not like the key to get into the room. I had some experience with a skeleton key so we were OK.

The location was great, we were able to spend time in the town with a short walk to the room.

Due to the large amount of construction going on in the village when we were there and the fact that the houses are so close together, there were construction noises from everywhere early in the morning.

The location of this cozy room made it perfect for our weekend trip in cinque terre. Just under the castle view, we were part of the lifestyle of the Italian villagers living on these stairs. Chiara was very helpful and friendly which we loved!

The location was amazing. Chiara met us off the train in the pouring rain. Our room was warm, clean, spacious, and welcoming. The shower was hot, and lots of thoughtful touches were added. Thank you, Chiara, for all your care, even texting us weather conditions so we could plan our day.

Great location in Vernazza. Very close to the water, and the train station. Plus, staff went above and beyond to help me out when some of my personal belonging were stolen on the train. I would definitely return here! There are some steep steps to the room, so if you have lots of luggage or physical limitations, you may want to arrange for some assistance.

Lots of noise from the streets outside, a pair of ear plugs is a good idea if noise bothers you while sleeping.

No aircon and was extremely warm this year! The no air con is not in common though and the fan was helpful.

lots of stairs. they graciously helped us with our bags and came back specifically to carry them to the train station for us. that was over and above. we were very grateful for the assistance as we could not maneuver on our own.

perfect for two couples. we had a common area with our friends which worked well.

What’s not to like.

The owner, Chiara, is wonderful. The two bedrooms with their privacy and bathrooms are great for friends and family. The rooms are nicely decorated. Her knowledge of Vernazza and Cinque Terre are extremely helpful.

there was the kitchen with propan, but the lighter was very hard. The smell in the kitchen was little bad, but room and bathroom were good. Be ready don’t find the stairs way to your stay at first time!:)

The appartement is like 2min from the port, confortable and the size is perfect for 1 or 2 persons. Chiara was all and beyond as a guest, answering questions and helping us with parking recommendations even before our stay. We were really thankful as it was our first time in cinque terre!

When windows were open the street noise was louder then expected.

Location was very convenient. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the square. Host meet us at ferry with parking pass for car. She took us to apartment and showed us around.

Slept with windows open as it was warm, so it was very noisy. Would have been nice to have a kitchen towel and an extra bath towel.

Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, good showers and kitchen. Location was awesome, very close to the piazza and harbor.

We liked everything.

The property is very close to the beach and the downtown area. It is spacious and comfortable. Chiara made sure that we were feeling right at home.In the kitchen there was a basket with breakfast goodies.In the bedrooms other baskets with toiletries.Chiara sent us a video with specific information on how to reach and open the property. She is a wonderful homeowner , easy to to reach and fast to respond to any question we had.

The location is right about the "smallest pub in Italy" but it had the loudest music and people singing till all hours of the night.
