Great location. Just a 20 minute walk to the center of town. (3 minute car ride). Staff was very friendly/welcoming. Very knowledgeable about to area with great recommendations and tips.

About 15-20 minute walk from town, but not an issue given the price.

Homely feel to the apartment. Had all facilities like washing machine, iron, fridge, kitchen, oven etc. which made it really comfortable for us. Andrea is a fabulous host and so is Yaseen and Syria. They helped us with the spots and locations to explore. Also, we could borrow the umbrella on the day it was raining during our visit followed by arranging a ride back to our apartment (made a huge difference to us as we were travelling with our baby).Thanks for all the help during our stay !

Great location, away from all the noise of Bellagio but easy to walk into the town. There is a little red train that stops just outside the Villa which was very convenient if you don’t want to do the walk. It’s a little hop on hop off train which many people use after getting the ferry over, it’s costs €5 and you can use it multiple times during the day. Some nice little restaurants close by, supermarket close too. Beds were comfortable, had a feel of space.

Location was good and also window view was amazing ….. when we were walking towards bellagio downtown the route was very scenic also it is just 30 mins walkin from this apartment House was very clean and everything was provided whatever they mentioned while booking… we got the clear instructions video which made our self checkin easy and host was very nice and always responsive

It was really hot when we were there and they don't have AC. It had just one fan when we arrived, we asked for another one and the brought it right away. With the fans in each room we could sleep a little better, but an AC for summer time would be really nice!

The apartment has a good size and it`s well prepared. There`s some small supermarkets 10 min walking and a nice beach 15 minutes walking. And also 15 minutes walking to the city center. It`s near to some bus station and also the touristic "road train" goes to near by it.

We were met at the apartments and check-in went very smoothly. The host was very kind and explained how things worked and where we could find various attractions--grocery, town center, etc. All the rooms were a nice size, had kitchens and nice views. We very much enjoyed being able to sit out on the patio in the morning with coffee and again later for afternoon refreshments!

Wow - we absolutely LOVED staying here. So much space and great views all around! It was only a fifteen min walk into town which we loved because it was nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of downtown to relax and sleep. Great parking, hosts and amenities. We would totally come back!

The manager picked us up at the bus stop and helped us with our luggage to our apartment. Really appreciate this.

It is a bit of a walk to the town center to reach the ferry or any restaurant or market. Plan ahead and get snacks before the shops close if you don't feel like walking back in the evening.

Andrea was incredibly responsive and helpful with providing transport from como to their location. The space was quite large and had all the essentials. The view of the mountains was beautiful and it was peaceful at night.

We liked everything about Appartamenti Villa Giulia: good location, amazing view, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen and nice host Andreas, who gave us some great tips about the surroundings. You have to walk about 15 minutes to the center of Bellagio but this is what we wanted and agree to, in order to avoid the extra kilos from pasta and pizza :)) plus the views you pass by are very nice.
