Our only disappointment was the noise from outside. Our rooms faced the street which at first seemed very appealing but we soon realized a lot goes on in that street during the late night and early morning. I would suggest asking for a quiet room at check in.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Bologna. We were able to walk to everything during our 5 day visit. And we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast! It had an extensive selection and I can’t imagine anyone would have been disappointed by the options…there was definitely something for every taste.

Offhand I can't think of anything I didn't like. Staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and spoke good English so no complaints there either.

Excellent location in the historic part of the city meant we had no use of any other transport system than two legs each. We expected quirky decor and were not disappointed, our room being colourful and fun with graphics on all the walls. Bathroom was clean and with a bath and shower and breakfast was excellent with choices for all nationalities as far as I could see. Excellent coffee is always a barometer IMO and here it was freshly made and strong - just how I like it.

The staff are friendly & helpful, there is a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was incredible!! The best weve ever had. We are both interest in nutrition and you could eat really well without needing any carbs.. parmesan, mozzerella, roasted veg, pickles.. lots of seeds and on offer too… anything you could wish for alongside the usual hams cheeses croissants. The evening menu lives upto its great reviews.. we will be back

Unfortunately our room (floor) was quite warm and when you opened the windows to cool off the street noise was quite loud. Didn’t appear to be any AC available at that time.

Great employees and location. Wonderful restaurant attached to building. Offer lots of little perks to help enjoy your stay. We visited in March. Loved touring around Bologna on foot.

Breakfast was always excellent. The hotel is perfectly located in central Bologna near the Piazza Maggiore but far enough away not to hear any nocturnal revels. The room is small but well appointed.

When you are lucky, you will get the room you expected... But even if not, most of them are really spectacular and the stuff is quite helpful to fulfil your wishes. The breakfast was very very good and the service excellent! We will come again!

The shower leaked on the floor forcing us to mop it up with our towels, also the pillows were a little uncomfortable but that's oir fault - the hotel provides a pillow menu but we didn't request a new one

We didnt like that there was a door to our room area and there were 2 rooms behind the main door. It was difficult leaving our teenagers in the room to walk around because we had to keep the key to get in the building. The only way to lock it from the inside is with the key.

The room was spacious and it was in a good location to walk around and see everything. The breakfast was good as well. The check -in was very simple and although our room was a short walk from the main hotel, there was an elevator to get to our room.

A very nice hotel, in the center of the city. Our apartment was outside the main building (we were a little anxious when we heard this), but it was perfect! Nice and cosy interior design. Excellent breakfast!
