The hotel was excellent. Amazing view from the double bed room balcony, delicious breakfast, the shuttle bus was very convenient way to get to Sorrento center and the main transport stations. The personnel was very polite and friendly.

They have 2 hot tubs but only 1 was open and the temperature was only lukewarm which made it now really good to use as the temperature was still cool. The included shuttle bus was great to have but the schedule was not perfect. For some reason, the shuttle didn't run between 12-3PM. The rooms are not soundproof. We could hear the people in the room next to us really loud the entire time we were in our room.

The view from our room was amazing! Upon arrival, we were shown to our room with help bringing our luggage. He then returned with a wonderful bottle of Prosecco for us to enjoy on our balcony with views of the sea and Mt Vesuvius. The included breakfast was very good and had everything you would want. The shuttle to and from the center of Sorrento was great!

There might be some mosquitoes (or similar to its kind) but not the hotel’s fault, please bear in mind when you open the window or the door to the balcony.

Very well located so that you could have a spectacular view over the bay. Shuttle service is prompt and convenient to travel around the town. Breakfast was very nice with a similar view to the bay. Staff were friendly

If you plan on staying for a week, you would want a bit more variety for your breakfast. Parking is on the street level, very limited.

Vew view view, elevation, sea, mountains, vesuvius Location is great if your objective is a balance between getting to Sorento 's city center. Or heading to eather Naples or Amalfi city. The Staff was wonderful; Very responcive, personal,, warm and hospitable,

No elevator and shuttle service takes a 3 hour break during noon to 3pm. Wifi service wasn’t great.

Faster/stronger internet in the room we were in

We booked into Hotel Villa Fiorita very last minute following a terrible Air BnB check in. The staff were incredibly helpful in getting us to the property and were so friendly and personable the whole time. The property is parched up in the mountain with a view of the city and the as. There is a shuttle bus that takes you into and out of town throughout the day. We were provided with a beautiful breakfast each morning and the onsite restaurant has great food. Very clean and cozy. Rooms are not huge but they were comfortable. The room we stayed in had weak Internet which made doing a bit of work challenging at times. We just had to step out of the room. The shuttle only runs certain times (7:45am-11:30pm) so keep that in mind when planning activities. We had an early departure so we needed a taxi but the hotel arranged it for us and it arrived perfectly on time. The hotel was quiet and had an amazing sun terrace where you can catch the sunrise and sunset. Views of my Vesuvius greet you daily. Rooms were cleaned Sikh. We spent a week here as our base for the our Anglo coast holiday and we were very pleased.

The best place to stay around. The view is amazing. Great service and attention, everyone is very friendly and always trying to help. The breakfast is excellent, with something special every day. The free bus that takes you to and from the town is a great idea and very useful. Highly recommended.

This place was amazing! The view spectacular and the ambiance relaxing! We cut our stay short 1 night because of transportation to Pompeii, and I wish we hadn't! We didn't get to try the spa and was disappointed by that. We ate at the Restaurant at night and I am telling you it was fantastic!!! The food excellent and well worth the cost and the staff was very attentive to our comfort. We could not stop talking about the dinner! Oh and let me tell you the Panacotta with fruit (pudding-type for lack of description) was the cream de la cream! I had to google the recipe when we left. The transportation was spot on. We really enjoyed our stay and if we go back to Sorrento we will definitely stay here again, no doubts!!
